This home is a gorgeous, new, 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath Home with a Natural Hot Springs well feeding two Private Spas professionally designed by a landscape architect. The spas are located in a private courtyard with a cabana, outdoor fireplace and luscious landscaping.
The lovely furnishings and dinnerware in this home have been carefully selected by an Interior Designer. Serenity is the inspiration for the feeling the designer has created inside. Come and enjoy the restful rejuvenation that soaking in water drawn from a natural hot water well can provide. Here at our home, our hot mineral water rises from our own deep well and pours directly into our spas. It comes out of the aquifer at a temperature of 148 degrees Fahrenheit and is tempered to soothe your being as you soak in the crystal clear, odorless water. You can control the temperature of each pool to your comfort and liking.
Although founded in 1941 and just minutes north of Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs was somehow overlooked in the building binge of the past few decades. This small desert town (population 16,500) is tucked against the Little San Bernardino Mountains, 1100 feet above the valley floor. Desert Hot Springs rests upon a huge alluvial plain that fills the cavity of the ancient Mission Creek, which flows from the snow pack on the majestic peak of Mt. San Gorgonio.
For eons, the runoff water has worked its way down the mountain slopes, filtering through deposits of sand, gravel, rocks and boulders-taking 20 years to reach the confines of the five-mile deep Mission Creek Aquifer. Its waters sizzle up from the deep and are heated naturally by the magma of the earth.
From fissures that extend down to the earth’s molten interior, hundreds of thousands of gallons of this naturally heated water flow back to the surface each day. We invite you to come, relax and enjoy.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy being in the desert climate and soaking in our spa. The sunshine and the flowers blooming in winter are the best.
Owner's Map of Desert Hot Springs
We are a self employed couple in the building business. We have built lots of homes in Desert Hot Springs which is about an hour from our home in Redlands. We decided to keep our vacation home because it is located in the hot water area and we were intriqued with digging a well to feed our spa.

We first fell in love with this place when we stayed here over five years ago. We now come back year after year and are never disappointed. It is a gorgeous home and offers whomever stays a tranquil retreat and a five-star experience. The courtyard is my favorite part of the home. It is a great place to relax with family and friends. We have always enjoyed using the spa and listening to our favorite music. The home itself is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed and has all the amenities you could possibly want in a vacation home. In the evenings, with the pool lights on and the outdoor fireplace blazing, you feel you are in paradise. If you are looking for comfort and a romantic setting, you definitely will find it here. The owners are friendly, accommodating and helpful in so many ways. They always greet us when we arrive and kindly remind us how everything works. In addition they leave a comprehensive guide to use if needed. We highly reccommend the "Serenity Spa". You won't be disappointed.

My family rented this house for a week in Oct. 2010. We were told it was considered a Five-Star home by the owner. Boy, we were surprised. No screens on all of the windows, bugs under kitchen sink and master bedroom, hot-tub does not function correctly, leaks out water, shuts off everything when filter comes on and directions are vague, entertainment center is confusing, refrig. make a constant racket 24 hours a day, front door gate does not stay closed... therefore must struggle with key to lock it all the time... very high wind area. Would rate this house .... maybe Two-Stars but very far away from Five. Wireless? What wireless? My computer and cell phone found a signal but the modem/router is in the house next store, Therefore, wireless connection is useless. Will not be a repeat guest. Never again.
Owner response:There are screens on all the openable windows. The french doors do not have screen doors so perhaps this is what he is referring to for screens. This renter did have trouble understanding how to operate the media center and the controller screen that operates the spa It is helpful to have an apitude for modern electronic devices when you rent our home but we are happy to help with any questions. We have a monthly pest control service for the perimeter of our home but our guests prefer that we do not spray the inside as many are looking for a healthful spa expeirience. Yes, it is windy in the desert at times, and thankfully, beautiful most of the time. Most of our reservations are repeat guests who enjoy our home and keep coming back to enjoy the weather and soaking in the hot mineral water spa.

We stayed here for a blissful week during November 2006. The description of the house is accurate, even understated re: the amenities. The decor, design, and layout of this beautiful home provide every comfort you would hope for. Most of all we loved the spa and used it daily. The gracious owners are thoughtful, considerate, welcoming, and also exceed expectations. On arrival, we were given a tour and instructions for operating all systems. This vacation was a favorite for us and we will return.
