This home is a gorgeous, new, 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath Home with a Natural Hot Springs well feeding two Private Spas professionally designed by a landscape architect. The spas are located in a private courtyard with a cabana, outdoor fireplace and luscious landscaping.
The lovely furnishings and dinnerware in this home have been carefully selected by an Interior Designer. Serenity is the inspiration for the feeling the designer has created inside. Come and enjoy the restful rejuvenation that soaking in water drawn from a natural hot water well can provide. Here at our home, our hot mineral water rises from our own deep well and pours directly into our spas. It comes out of the aquifer at a temperature of 148 degrees Fahrenheit and is tempered to soothe your being as you soak in the crystal clear, odorless water. You can control the temperature of each pool to your comfort and liking. Although founded in 1941 and just minutes north of Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs was somehow overlooked in the building binge of the past few decades. This small desert town (population 16,500) is tucked against the Little San Bernardino Mountains, 1100 feet above the valley floor. Desert Hot Springs rests upon a huge alluvial plain that fills the cavity of the ancient Mission Creek, which flows from the snow pack on the majestic peak of Mt. San Gorgonio.
For eons, the runoff water has worked its way down the mountain slopes, filtering through deposits of sand, gravel, rocks and boulders-taking 20 years to reach the confines of the five-mile deep Mission Creek Aquifer. Its waters sizzle up from the deep and are heated naturally by the magma of the earth.
From fissures that extend down to the earth’s molten interior, hundreds of thousands of gallons of this naturally heated water flow back to the surface each day. We invite you to come, relax and enjoy. |
