The Beehive - An executive five bedroom, three bathroom home situated on a very exclusive development in New Port Richey, just North of Clearwater. The house is quite exceptional as the land at the side of the home belongs to the owner and it therefore offers more privacy than usual for guests. The property is not overlooked from the rear and has a privacy fence which has conservation area beyond.
It has over 3000 square feet of air conditioned living space and has been tastefully decorated and is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The property is a two-story home offering split level accommodation consisting of (upstairs) 4 bedroom two bathrooms, formal dining room, lounge and kitchen with nook which leads onto the verandah overlooking the pool. This provides an additional eating area for those wishing to eat al fresco. The lower level accommodation has the second master suite and a family room with eating area and kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave and cupboards incorporating a sink unit. There is cable tv with dvd/video recorder and a cd/tape player and also a pool table with accompanying cues, rests, chalks etc. A separate laundry room offers facilities including washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and is located off the family room.
The family lounge leads out onto the huge covered lanai and pool area with five full sized loungers and additional table and chairs. The 30' x 16' pool has a dual heating system - solar and electric.
Please note that we do not accept bookings where the party consists of more than 8 in total. We believe that, whilst our home is a larger property, the eating and seating arrangements etc. would not suit in excess of 8 person occupancy.
We offer excellent rates for smaller parties and will be happy to give you a quotation based on the number occupying the home.

Prices are including Florida state and sales taxes and cleaning fees.
Late availability and small party discounts - please contact for prices.
Pool heat $120/week, 5 nights and under incurs a $70 cleaning fee.
A $200 per week non-refundable deposit is payable at time of booking.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full amount due if under 8 weeks to arrival.
