Spectacular home nestled in the tall pines in Winter Park Ranch, a beautiful subdivision just up the hill from downtown Fraser. Our guests love it and return again and again! This beautiful luxury home tucked in the mountains is centrally located to help you enjoy all of the many Winter and Summer activities around the Fraser Valley. Just 10 minutes from Winter Park resort which offers many Summer activities in addition to some of the best skiing the Rocky Mountains has to offer. A fabulous, new recreation center is located two miles away in Fraser. It has large indoor swimming pools, a fitness center, rock climbing wall, basketball courts, walking tracks etc.
After a long day enjoying the great outdoors, relax in the outdoor hot tub while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Free Shuttle (3 block walk to shuttle pickup) to the resort and throughout the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. Many other Summer activities close by including some of the best golf, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing to be found! Walking trails through the woods start just outside our door.
This is a three-level home which allows everyone to have their own space, when they need it. The large living room is perfect for large group gatherings. The high prow windows offer wonderful views of the tall pines. This room has a new 55 inch flat screen TV and DVR.
There is a king bedroom on this floor with two bathrooms directly across the hall. The bedroom has a 36 inch TV which plays DVDs.
The upper level has a king bedroom, a twin bedroom and a same-floor loft with two single beds, a small sofa sleeper and a TV that plays VCRs or DVDs. The large bathroom has a tub with shower.
There is a second living area on the lowest level with a 40 inch flat screen TV and DVR in a small living room/wet bar/combo. This area has it's own separate queen bedroom and bath with shower.
Across the hall is a queen bedroom/sitting room combo with a loveseat sleeper and a 34 inch TV with DVD. This area has its own bath with large jacuzzi tub as well as separate shower.
The main-level kitchen is fully stocked with table service for 16 people, large kettles, crockpots, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to help! In addition to the large, beautiful pine table, which seats 6 and the bar area, which seats 2, We have two sturdy fold-out, rolling tables which seat 8 people. In nice weather, they can easily be rolled out onto the deck.

The rental property was ideal for our family group. The bedrooms & baths were well distributed over three floors and the kitchen & living area allowed 13 of us to eat and socialize together. The nearby cross country / hiking trails were great, as was the Winter Park skiing. The neighborhood was very comfortable for outdoor activities. We would recommend the property to friends & relatives.The VRBO listing was accurate. We spent most of our free time on the property when we were not skiing or hiking, and it was very pleasant.We would enjoy staying there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We went there for New Years with 10 adults and 5 kids and one baby. This place has it all - high chair, floor heating, kitchen with all equipment, etc. Fantastic! We loved it. Thank you.

This home is amazing. The owners have been a true delight to work with and have seen to every detail. We arrived (all 16 of us) for a stay over Christmas with a ton of luggage and presents as well. Our group ranged in age from 8 years old to 90+ and the home was perfect. Multiple areas for us all to spread out and REAL beds galore. And it seems hotwater that is endless. = We have rented many times in Winter Park/Fraser and by far this home is worth every penny and more. You will not be disappointed - the kitchen is extremely well stocked with every conceivable convenience and LOTS of silverware, cups, plates etc. We will be back!!! Thanks to the owners for making this a Holiday to remember! Future renters are welcome to email me directly if you need another opinion on something specific - but I assure you - you will ENJOY!
