Spectacular home nestled in the tall pines in Winter Park Ranch, a beautiful subdivision just up the hill from downtown Fraser. Our guests love it and return again and again! This beautiful luxury home tucked in the mountains is centrally located to help you enjoy all of the many Winter and Summer activities around the Fraser Valley. Just 10 minutes from Winter Park resort which offers many Summer activities in addition to some of the best skiing the Rocky Mountains has to offer.
After a long day enjoying the great outdoors, relax in the 7-person outdoor hot tub while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Free Shuttle (3 block walk to bus stop) to the resort and throughout the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. Many other Summer activities close by including some of the best golf, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing to be found! Walking trails through the woods start just outside our door.
This is a three-level home which allows everyone to have their own space, when they need it. The large living room is perfect for large group gatherings. The high prow windows offer wonderful views of the tall pines.
The kitchen is fully stocked with large kettles, crockpots, etc. which makes cooking for large groups much easier. In addition to the large, beautiful pine table, which seats 6 and the bar area, which seats 2, We have two sturdy fold-out, rolling tables which seat 8 people. In nice weather, they can easily be rolled out onto the deck.
