This vacation home in beautiful Gold Canyon offers you your own private pool and spa, both heated, which backs up to a wash so no neighbor behind you. The heated pool and spa were just completed in 2006 and is sparkling blue. In the summer or winter this home would be a great destination. There is a gas barbecue grill, patio set and lounge chairs--your own private resort.
The owner has a great computer work station set up in the family room where there is a computer with flat screen, speakers, and a printer. There is high speed internet.
There is a high definition large screen TV in the family room with a DVD/VCR. There is another TV in the living room and a nice size TV in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an island in the center for meal preparation.
This home is available for any block of time. Come enjoy Gold Canyon.
A $500 security deposit is required with each rental. Cleaning is deducted from the security deposit, usually about $125. There is a $75 cancellation fee. You have up to 45 days before your arrival to cancel your reservation. Anytime after 45 days a refund will only be considered if we are able to rerent the property.
