Remodeled inside and out, this little "A" frame is a wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle of City life. Located 7 houses from the water and a community dinghy launching area, and 2 blocks from a swimming beach, this house is ideal for anyone who wants to be near the water, but protected from storms and winter winds.
The house is very bright inside with multiple skylights, four double French doors, and glass windows along the front of the "A" Frame over the living room.
A large wraparound porch faces South, with a shaded porch outback for hot days. The upstairs bedroom has its own private balcony as well.
The inside is brightly painted, European minimalist style, with hardwoods floors throughout. The bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled in 2006.
Extras: Along with the house, your rental includes use of a two person Kayak in the creek by the house. The creek opens to the Chesapeake Bay and provides great fishing and crabing.
Rental Restrictions: The house is for non-smoking use only. Single pet - either small dog or cat with $200 nonrefundable cleaning deposit.
Included: All electricity, waste, trash, Internet, basic maintenance of yard, and upkeep of "well-salt" are provided as part of the rental.
Use of the Kayak is allowed by a responsible adult or under adult supervision at their own risk.

Why the Owner Chose Annapolis
The location is perfect for us. We are in Annapolis, but far enough from the craziness to enjoy a peaceful location where kids and animals are safe to run up and down the street. Its a short seven house walk to the water where we launch the kayak and fish or just row around.
The Unique Benefits at this House
For us, and for our guests, the house is a peaceful escape. A kayak in the back yard is there for our guests to use. The house is far enough from the water to provide shelter from storms. Its a short drive to shopping, downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Thus, the house is the perfect location for quiet living, near the water, and yet close to everything Annapolis has to offer.

We love to sail and we love the water. Annapolis is one of our favorite towns. Unfortunately five kids and two businesses keep us from living here full-time. Eventually we will retire to Annapolis.
