Located 7 houses from the water and a community dinghy launching area, and 2 blocks from a swimming beach, this house is ideal for anyone who wants to be near the water, but protected from storms and winter winds.
The house is very bright inside with multiple skylights, four double French doors, and glass windows along the front of the "A" Frame over the living room.
A large wraparound porch faces South, with a shaded porch outback for hot days. The upstairs bedroom has its own private balcony as well.
The inside is brightly painted, European minimalist style, with hardwoods floors throughout. The bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled in 2006.
Extras: Along with the house, your rental includes use of a two person Kayak, and use of a mooring ball with 5 ½ feet MLW depth, in the creek by the house.
Rental Restrictions: The house is for non-smoking use only. No Pets.
Included: All electricity, waste, trash, Internet, basic maintenance of yard, and upkeep of "well-salt" are provided as part of the rental.
Use of the Kayak is allowed by a responsible adult or under adult supervision at their own risk. Mooring ball is available for use at boat owner’s own risk. |
