Our Maine, "Amish Built Post and Beam House" is on the internationally famous (for yachting) beautiful CHRISTMAS COVE, 2 minutes from the town of South Bristol and located in the heart of New England's most picturesque region. Walk just 300 yards to the equally famous Coveside Restaurant and Marina, where you can dine on fresh lobsters, clams and other local seafood which is caught daily: and feast on the dramatic and spectacular out-island views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house is surrounded by a pine forest, with peek-a-boo water views to the Cove-just 50 feet away.
Walk down to the docks and fish for mackerel, or walk/jog through the coniferous rain forest on pine needle-covered trails.
This Non-smoking Maine House was built by the Amish just 1 year ago, and features all tongue and groove custom carpentry, with vaulted ceilings, bamboo floors and huge stone fireplaces. It has five bedrooms-1 master king suite/fireplace upstairs and 1 master king suite on main floor. There are 4 1/2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms have large windows, ceiling fans/3 have large walkout decks.
