This home has 3100 square feet of living space and sits on two and a half acres in a quiet subdivision that has only seven houses. Located conveniently between Monticello and Somerset, this vacation home is in the beautiful and historic community of Mill Springs. Only one and a half miles from the intersection of Kentucky 90 and 1275, you travel one mile through a farm and come to subdivision of lake homes.

Beautiful views in all directions - farm and mountains to front, lake to the back. Chalet style, it has formal entrance, a great room with Cathedral ceiling, living, dining. and kitchen area and two bedrooms and one bath on main level. An upstairs master suite has loft overlooking main floor and entrance to upper deck. Master has two large closets, bath with double sinks and whirlpool tub.

Downstairs finished basement with walkout front and back has large family room with gas fireplace, pool room, full bath, bedroom, laundry room., Over 1000 feet of wood deck connects main house entrances and deck to a lower deck with a hot tub where you will see more stars than you ever imagined were there. A large front yard (400 feet) has room for lawn games, volleyball, basketball, etc.

Lake access is unusual for Lake Cumberland. A meandering path takes you through the woods across Corp property and to a rocky point that is nice for swimming. A nearby cove and Mill Springs Park have waterfalls. Conley Bottom Dock has easy access for boat launching and is only five miles from the house by land or water. Historic Mill Springs Park is part of the Mill Springs Battlefield tour and includes historic houses as well as the working mill.
