As you enter your tropical retreat you will be awestruck by the panoramic views of the golf course, lake, and Santa Rosa Mountains from nearly every room. This single story home is located on the seventh fairway of the Arnold Palmer private course, past host for the Bob Hope Desert Classic. Fully furnished in completely updated casual Tommy Bahama style - down to the Palm Tree glasses.

Enjoy views from the covered patio of the sun shining on the mountains in the morning and the sun setting over the same mountains in the evening. You will find yourself indulged in the comfort and beauty of this property.

Complete amenities await you including your own private spa and waterfall. The master suite, furnished with king bed allows you to awaken to gorgeous views from your private lanai amidst your own rose garden. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and you can relax to the sound of your own waterfall outside the window.

A separate den/bedroom (with a wooden louvered door which can be closed) with a brand new queen sofa/sleeper is ideal for additional guests. Furnishings include a large screen TV in the living room and three additional TV's with VCR/DVD's, cable and surround sound stereo throughout the house, even in the lanai and courtyard!

An entertainers dream, the fully equipped kitchen is NEWLY REMODELED with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. New outdoor gas barbecue, laundry facilities, are all at the house. Two-car garage comes equipped with your own golf cart. Swimming pools and spas are very nearby.

The grounds and landscaping of the resort are beyond comparison.

  • We had a wonderful time at this condo! The owner, Kristi, was so helpful and pleasant to work with. Everything in the home made us feel so comfortable. We especially liked the duck food and bird seed so that we could feed the animals each morning. Also enjoyed the golf cart availability. Wish we could have had access to a workout facility at PGA West somewhere. Otherwise, it was l00 percent perfect. What a wonderful week at a wonderful home.

  • We stayed here for 2 weeks,wasn't long enough.I hesitate to comment here because this unit is a gem and we would like to keep it secret.The view is wonderful,day or night and the decor inside is beautiful but comfortable.Everything you could possibly want or need is there to make you stay relaxing.Loved the spa in the private courtyard and used the golf cart to explore manicured PGA West.The best part though is the owner,so friendly and helpful ,she makes the reservation process easy and stress free

  • We have just stayed at the Bailey's condo for 11 beautiful days! I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful getaway. The view was great, ammenities wonderful and the attention to detail was above and beyond. We are looking forward to spending more time there in the future.

  • Great place!! Lots of attention to detail. The owners have done everything they can think of to make this a warm, comfortable, and lovely place to stay. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the view of the mountains and golf course is spectacular! Providing a golf cart (great cart!) for use by renters is really going above and beyond the norm. We would highly recommend this condo for anything from a few day stay to several months.
