Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is unique in the fact that it has a huge pool and is overlooking the beach as well. There are two outdoor pools and an indoor pool as well as two lighted tennis courts. It has an awesome conference room for receptions,etc. Also a full work out gym on site and a sauna and steam room in the clubhouse.
The condo is located only 1 mile from avalability to grocery shopping, fast food and Dollar General, as well as an emergency walk in clinic. There is a an excellent seafood restaurant and a steak house directly accross the street from the condo which is ideal for in-dining or easy pick-up to enjoy dining on your private outdoor balcony and viewing the lighted pool and ocean along with the sunset.
There is also an airport which accomodates private planes and is only 10 minutes from condo, if you have your own plane for travel.
The palm trees surround the pool that you view from the ninth floor as well as viewing the beach. The main pool is beachside and the pool has a huge grass area that is very relaxing and has "Southern-type" chairs beside the sea-oates to watch the sun set.
Our balcony is in the shade from 1:00 pm to the rest of the day which makes relaxing and reading very enjoyable. We also have a brand new queen pillow top mattress in the bedroom, and the sofa bed, chair and ottoman are also only a few months old.
There is high speed internet access provided free by owner with Gulftel. Yi-Fi access is available with the association for a user fee. Also 2 brand new 20"flat screen TV combination DVD/VCR in unit. We have brand new bedroom furniture and beach chairs/ beach umbrella provided for use on the beach.
