The condo was perfect and more then we expected. It was cleaned and spotless. The kitchen has so much there for us to enjoy. We were greeted this flowers, wine and there was juice, pop, and a lot of snacks. It was a lot more then we expected, parking was great, the neighborhood perfect and the people at the counter all were so friendly. Thanks George and Cheryl for the wonderful place in Chicago.

What a great base from which to explore all the magnificence of Chicago. This condo is in a building that feels totally secure with round the clock front door personnel. There is a fitness room which is much bigger than any hotel gym I’ve experienced, with all the equipment you will need. The condo itself is perfectly outfitted and has a luxuriously current decorator feel about it. The train in from O’Hare was very easy, with one change and a short walk to the condo. That evening we went to The Chicago Firehouse restaurant just a block away, and recommend it highly for an upscale evening. For other nights when we ate in, we stopped into the great Italian deli next door and picked up some pasta and salads – delicious! We enjoyed walking out the door and up Michigan avenue to all the museums. For WWII buffs, don’t miss the exhibit at the Museum of Science+Industry (just a bus ride away) where they document the capture of a huge U-505 submarine, keeping its location and that of the crew secret until the end of the war. The owner goes the extra mile to make sure you will be comfortable and pampered in this gem.

Great Chicago condo

This condo is just as nice as pictured and in a really great location. We walked or took public transportation all around Chicago and it was very convenient. The owner was very helpful! Breakfast foods provided was an extra service and everything was clean & neat. The exercise room is well maintained. 24 hour door man was very helpful and we felt very safe throughtout our visit. No hidden charges. We definitely would stay in this condo again.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! I never want to stay anywhere else and I want to return as soon as possible. The condo was perfectly described, it's even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It's spotless and anything and everything you could need is provided, even food! The location can't be beat! You're close to public transportation which makes it so easy to zip around the entire city. The area feels really safe, and in the building there's always someone at the door and the staff was a delight. There's even this little food store/ deli on the same street a door or two down that was DELICIOUS and so convenient to grab sandwiches for a little picnic or a day at the beach! There's also a bike store down the street (a bit north of Roosevelt I think), $10 an hour, you can bike to beaches and the zoo and much much more (one of the best activities we did!). I would recommend this place a thousand times over! It was fantastic communicating with the owner, honest, reliable, always quick to respond, the whole process was so easy. This is hands down the best place to stay in Chicago!

The Perfect Place

Our family has stayed here twice over the past 3 years, and it's been absolutely perfect both times. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Chicago. It's clean and neat. It's so close to transit and everything we like to do downtown. The fridge is always stocked with breakfast items and snacks. The building it's in is beautiful and feels very, very safe. We can't say enough about how pleasant our stays have been, and how easy and smooth it's been working with the owner.

Have stayed at this condo multiple times while attending various conferences and what not in downtown Chicago. The condo is gorgeous and the location is ideal to get around in the downtown area. They provide free breaksfast snacks for your entire stay and are have been very easy to deal with each time I have visited. Free parking in a secured, indoor area is great. Exercise room in the complex is also very nice. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for an alternative to a downtown hotel.
