Cottage - Rear View - Alpena, Michigan Rental Enjoy all-sports Grand Lake in this fully-equipped lakehouse. Whether boating or skiing in the winter, this is an ideal location. There is a queen-size master bedroom, guest bedroom with two twin beds, twin-size window seat plus a separate studio with queen-size bed. The kitchen will cook your catch of the day or use the grill, if you prefer. Satellite television provides 120 stations or if you prefer the outdoors, visit the two lighthouses nearby or the many trails near Lake Huron.

$1200/week PEAK - 2009 June through August.
$100/night OR $600/week NON PEAK (September through May).
Minimum stay- PEAK is 1 week and NON PEAK is 2 nights.
Rates include cleaning fee with at least a one week stay.
$300 security deposit required to be reimbursed 30 days after departure.
No pets.  No smoking.
Cancellations due 6 weeks prior to check-in date for full deposit refund.
Later cancellations subject to rental of the unit.
