$170/night OR $1200/week PEAK - Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day week
$145/night OR $1000/week NON PEAK
Minimum stay- PEAK is 1 week (unless partial available) and NON PEAK is 2 nights.
Rates include cleaning fee with at least a one week stay.
$300 security deposit required to be reimbursed within 14 days after departure.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE.
Cancellations due 6 weeks prior to check-in date for full deposit refund.
Later cancellations subject to rental of the cottage.

I very much enjoyed my week staying at this home on Grand Lake. The house is in immaculate condition, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the spectacular view of the lake. I hope to be able to return again for another relaxing vacation.

To start off quickly, it was one of the prettiest, cleanest, well maintained, decorated, and ammenitied cottages we could have stayed at. Our family of 4 couldn't have been happoer anywhere else. My wife and I loved the cottage out back (almost too quiet) and the yard was ideal for camp fires and ladder ball. We will return!!
