Four Bedrooms, two Baths, large living room. This lovely home has been newly renovated, with cherry floors and tile throughout the downstairs. There is an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, sliders onto the deck and large windows, which allow for lovely natural light.
Two small bedrooms are on the ground level, with bathroom plus washer/dryer. The two larger bedrooms upstairs are newly carpeted and accessible from a spiral cherry staircase and balcony. They share a bathroom with tub.
The house is a contemporary with a chalet type feel to it. There is no clutter. Perfect for writers and artists. Original artwork is on the walls. As long as the weather is warm, enjoy the private outdoor shower on the back deck.
This house is located on a quiet side-street in a private neighborhood. The roads are perfect for walking, biking, or hiking. There is a trail through conservation land. In minutes you are at the salt pond where you kayak across to the private sandy barrier beach which separates the pond from the ocean. Or walk to the Shelter Harbor Inn for wonderful dinners and lunches and play tennis on the two Shelter Harbor tennis courts.
