Beautiful, freshly painted and decorated, two bedroom home on quiet private drive in Old Homosassa. Home is located on a deep water canal and is easily assessable to both gulf and fresh water. Park your boat in the covered boat house right next to the fish cleaning station.

Enjoy the wildlife right in the back yard where Manatee, dolphin, birds and fish are abundant. Crab traps are provided so you can both crab and fish from the backyard. Centrally located just five minutes from the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park where you can swim with the manatees or just enjoy a stroll among nature. House has both a screened and open porch so you can enjoy your morning coffee or the cool evening breeze.

If work is a must, the desk, fax machine and internet connection will provide the necessities for continuing your business while relaxing by the water. Just one hour north of Tampa and one and a half hours west of Orlando.
