Villa 'Dea Rustica'**** is built on the foundations of 150 year old house in rustic style, is surrounded by olive trees and stone walls 'traditional area. Villa has two floors. The ground floor is furnished with fully equipped kitchen and dining room, organized as an old-style tavern with two fireplaces, an ideal space for intimate friends. Two bedrooms with bathroom and TV are located on the first floor. Above, the spacious loft-style dining room, there is another bedroom with bathroom, as well as a cozy living room. Rustic Villa Dea is ideal for family vacations and relaxation for groups of friends. During hot summer, you can relax in the lounge in the vaults of stone, relax on the terrace or enjoy the beautiful green garden with built-up grill and a huge stone table.

A rare treasure - Villa Dea is an extremely sensitively restored stone farmhouse, with the perfect mix of luxury and rusticity. Four of us stayed for a week; the house would generously accomodate six adults. Each floor has its own "lounging" space, ideal for an occasional moment of privacy; the vaulted lounge leading out to the garden is particularly snug and atmospheric for whiling away an evening with wine, friends and guitars. The house is perfect for entertaining, with a magnificent kitchen /dining room occupying the entire ground floor, and an outdoor oven in the garden; and sun and shade can be found on the terrace or in the garden at pretty much any time of day. The situation of the house is excellent, tucked away on the edge of a small village, with lanes winding between the fields to run on or explore, a restaurant serving excellent peka within easy walking distance, and town and the sea a short drive away. Deno, the owner, gave us an extremely warm welcome and was on hand throughout the week to guide us to the best beaches, fish-shops and (with his extremely detailed local knowledge) whatever else we wanted. Highly recommended to anyone looking for somewhere rustic but not isolated to relax in style. Thanks, Deno.Owner response: Hi Tom and Friends!!! Das schoenste Ferienhaus in dem wie bislang waren, liebevoll hergerichtet von zwei bezaubernden Gastgebern! Gesamtes Anwesen im Toskana-/Provencestil gemacht, sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung mit Allem was man braucht inkl. WLAN fuer dauerbeschaeftigte Businessurlauber. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ca. 8 Minuten zum Strand, also auch fuer spontane Strandpartien oder chillige Siestas gut gelegen. Fast noch wichtiger als das Haus ist die tolle Betreuung durch Deno und Dea: Ob persoenliche Vorstellung bei den lokalen Obst-/Gemuese-/Fischhaendlern oder individuelle Arrangements bei Restaurants, wir haben noch nie derart zuvorkommende Gastgeber angetroffen. Una bellissima casa splendidamente restaurata ed arredata con gusto e cuore! immersa nella campagna vicino al mare tra cicale e meravigliose stellate.... una vacanza perfetta in una casa degna di una rivista di architettura con un sapore un pò provenzale! ringraziamo Andrea e Deno per la loro squisita accoglienza e disponibilità. Deno è un anfitrione dell'isola e i suoi consigli sono veramente preziosi.
