kitchen/dining area - Mesquite House Rental This home sits high above the Oasis Vista's golf course in a gated community. It is approximatly 2700 sq ft. with a walk-out basement. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite has a queen bed. The master bath has his and her sinks, with all travertine marble flooring, countertops, shower and wall surrounds. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom close by. The third bedroom is a second master bedroom, with queen bed and private bathroom. The house has slate flooring throughout, granite countertops, and wood shutters. There are two separate living rooms with over stuffed couches. One has a big screen TV. Lots of room for blow-up beds, which are provided. This house features a deck and patio cover with chairs and tables, gas barbeque, cable televisions in all bedrooms. Close to world class golf courses, casinos, live theater, ski resorts, day spas and national parks. We are dog friendly!
