Guests will enjoy the very private back yard with a large heated pool, barbecue, and spa. This house is conveniently located near excellent restaurants, shopping, and the city's best golf courses.
The four guest bedrooms have king size pillow top beds and luxurious sateen linens. One of the guest rooms can be a king or 2 twins.
Master suite has a king-size bed , walk-in shower & jetted tub.
Cooks will enjoy a gourmet kitchen with cook top, refrigerator and convection ovens. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils. TVs , DVD movie collection and wireless internet.
The pool is heated by an electric heat pump. Heat pumps work best when the air temperature is greater than 45 for the daily low and a daily high of at least 65 degrees
