Gorgeous River rock ranch style home - Sunriver Rental On your arrival, feel free to open a bottle of wine from the wine tree. Throw a log into the gas assist fireplace and enjoy the ambiance .This home was totally refurnished in 2006.You will find it quite relaxing to kick back in one of the leather chairs or on a couch and ponder the art, paintings and artifact which surround you. Once the snows gone you’ll want to hang out on the furnished deck (good quality lawn furniture not plastic) and enjoy nature. Built in 2000, the main design thought for this home was privacy. Looking out any of the rear picture windows (2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 second bedroom) there are no homes in sight. Not even from the large deck which runs the total width of the house. With 17 aspen trees and numerous pine and fir trees throughout the backyard you have a natural screen from the rest of the world. The location is perfect! A short walk to the Main lodge, Sage Spring spa and the Village. There are 3 world class golf courses, a private airport, great restaurants and shopping. We are only a few hundred yards from the river where you can rent rafts and canoes. This is an Executive Complete home which means if you need it, we try to supply it for you. Starting with the gourmet kitchen tons of spices, oils, condiments, coffee, baggies, to go containers. There is also a blender, rice cooker, waffle iron, salad spinner etc. The bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotion, hair dryers, and curling irons. The laundry room has front loading washer and dryer with detergent. The garage has 6 adult bikes, 3 childrens bikes, and a hot wheel. We have some helmet for your use. The 2 car garage has room to park a car, in the summer we have a ping pong table set up, but can be moved to park a car inside. Everything in this home is of the highest quality; even the hide-a-bed is comfortable, if you need to sleep 8.We have 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and the master has a king. This home is fully furnished with a cozy atmosphere and nestled in a wooded setting. We have tried to provide everything you need. Enjoy the peaceful, serene setting and watch the wildlife from your window. Relax in your own private hot tub. There are plenty of things to do both during the summer and winter months. This home is centrally located to enjoy all the benefits that central Oregon has to offer.
