The newly remodeled townhouse is the "best of the best" at Townhomes at Crystal Beach , your opportunity to stay at a private Destin beachfront vacation rental . #5 has many extra and unique amenities and upgrades , a premier Destin beach rental, and seeing is believing. It is such a unique and special place we call it "Sacred Sands". Located on a private gulffront beach perfect for family reunions, beach weddings,and large groups with a child friendly environment as well as a romantic setting in the off season.

The 3 separate levels provide the ultimate in family privacy, plenty of space, with spectacular views of the beach and ocean . It is oceanfront on the quiet, private, white sands of Crystal Beach. The unit is elegantly furnished and impeccably maintained. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been remodeled with custom tile , granite , custom cabinets . There are beautiful hickory wood floors throughout the 2nd floor. Dining areas for 12 in dining room ,12 on 2nd floor deck and 12 on bottom deck so you can always take advantage of your relaxing beach experience as you dine together. All of the beds including twins have high quality pillowtop mattresses making sure all of your time at Sacred Sands is restorative ,healing and luxurious.
The townhouse can be rented as a 1-bedroom studio, 3 bedroom, or 4 bedroom.1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin + bunks. It is really a vacation paradise you will never want to leave. Call or email for brochure. In the summer we rent only by the week and only as a 4 bedroom.

First FLOOR:
Studio with full kitchen, queen-size Murphy bed, custom tile, new bath with steam shower,TV/DVD/VCR,stereo,Playstation opens directly onto the large wood deck with private grill , dining ,lounges, benches and BEACH. Great family or party area or couple's get-a-way, many a honeymoon couple have stayed in the studio.
Second FLOOR:
Newly installed wood floors on entire 2nd level.Living area ,inside dining for 12,upgraded remodeled kitchen with granite counters and every appliance and serving dish you could want to entertain--cuisianart , waffle maker , trays , specialty items ( if you find anything missing we will have it there immediately), laundry room,spacious queen-size bedroom and newly remodeled bath, balcony with outdoor table for dining ,seating for 12 .
Third FLOOR:
Romantic and luxurious Master suite with wood floors and new bath (jacuzzi in bathroom as well as bedroom jacuzzi overlooking the gulf) ,king size bed , private balcony with wicker swing. Wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee prepared in your master bedroom pot ,sit on the swing and enjoy watching the dolphins at sunrise while the rest of your family still sleeps.
Fun and cute bunk/twin room with nintendo and new bath ( beautiful built in bunks and two twin beds).
All bedrooms and living spaces have TV/VCR/DVD and CD players/sound systems.
Lots of family games ,books,extensive movie library ,internet and of course the gameroom so there is always plenty to do in the evenings or when taking a break inside.

Pam, We had a wonderful stay and all the things that are stated in your listing are correct. We found everything that we needed and my 3 granddaughters had fun riding the bikes and playing in the game room. They also adored the room with the twin beds and bunk beds. Everyone had a great time and we have many happy memories to share with everyone. Thanks again for everything that you provided us with and for making this a very memorable vacation.

This place was awesome! I grew up going to Destin and this home was one of the most beautiful and convenient I have ever stayed in! I visited with 10 family members in May 2011 and the home had plenty of room, amenities, and luxuries to accommodate us all. Our favorite part of the house was the numerous bathrooms, multiple decks, and grill on the bottom deck, beach access, private pool and spacious room to relax. You will not find a better deal for your money in Destin! We never felt cramped or confined and had privacy despite all the people in one house. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The condo is truly rated correctly. It is a great place to stay. Our family had a great time. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with all of our famly. Every thing was provided even a pool with lots of privacy & the jacuzzi bathtub in the Master suite is fantastic, so relaxing & provides you with your own spa. The 3 decks are also fun places to enjoy for each family & the view of the beach is beautiful. The owner was most accomodating & friendly. She does an excellent job of providing all of the needs of a large or small family of all ages. We do plan on returning again! Our favorite restaurant is Louisiana Lagniappe. Food is excellent & the outoutdoor deck overlooks the dock filled with boats. Our other favorite place to eat is Gillighans---economically priced, good outdoor deck overlooking the same dock in a different location & food is very good. All of our kids---5 yrs.old to 49 yrs. old enjoyed a nite out riding the go carts.For the shoppers, " The Commons" is fun & prices are good at Belks, the movie theater modern w/stadium seating & there's every outlet further down the road to walk & enjoy for hours if you need time away from the sun or rain (which doesn't happen very often). The beach is our favorite--pure white sand & colorful blue water that varies from day & day.

We stayed here for a family girl's-getaway--four generations of mothers & daughters, from grandmother to two-year-old great-granddaughter--and it was wonderful for all of us. The place looks even better than the pictures reflect--and we loved all the little extra touches that went into making the decor very comfortable and "beachy"/coastal. As advertised, everything we needed was on site--from lots of toys and floats for the kids, to bicycles, umbrellas, and great lounge chairs we could take to the beach, etc. And the kitchen had more than everything we needed. First time to Destin that we didn't have to go buy some things ourselves, besides food & sunscreen! The best part was having the private beach area and not feeling cramped between the wall-to-wall umbrellas/people that are on the rest of the beach. Plus, the three decks....with the main one being the largest I've ever seen on a beachfront home in Destin. We will definitely be staying here again....I almost don't want to write this review, because I selfishly don't want it to become popular and be booked up all the time--then we won't be able to return when we want ;-) ...however, the owner is so incredibly nice and wonderful to work with, I couldn't do that to her. She even provided little thoughtful "extras"--things you wouldn't receive when renting from a management company, which we've also done many times. It was truly a joy to rent from her. Highly recommend this place!

I am committed to all the extras which help make your stay even more special ( well stocked kitchen, toys, ping pong , foosball, bicycles, baby supplies, porch swing , huge jacuzzi - I usually put sunscreen in welcome bucket, must have missed it ), however that doesn't compete with the WOW view from just about every room , the deck , and easy walk out to your own beach.
