We had a wonderful stay in Linda's condo. The view was beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 children yet there was plenty of room for us all. The Kitchen is very well equiped. Condo was decorated to make you feel at home. Our kids loved the personal touch of having stuffed animals to play with (especially the shark). Was also nice having a Trolley Stop right in front of the condo. Only complaint was we were not prepared to pay to use the washer and dryer.

My wife and I stayed here along with our adult children and grand kids. The unit was very spacious and clean! It is well supplied with all the comforts of home which made for an enjoyable vacation. The unit faces the ocean and gives you a fantastic view of the Gulf ! The beach was an easy 100 yd walk from the condo! The beach and gulf water were absolutely beautiful and free from crowds! The back side of the building was right on the bay and had a large heated pool with a great view of the bay! My son and I like to fish and we spent some time at the Pensacola Fishing Pier which was just a half mile away! The owner (Linda) was a pleasure to work with. If I had any questions she would respond to my phone calls immediately! She even recommended a local restaurant ( Peg Leg Pete's) which turned out to offer excellent seafood at an affordable price! Thanks Linda! We will definitely be back next summer!

Thank you Linda for the rental of your beautiful Condo. It had been quite a number of years since we had been to Pensacola and this trip for my husbands birthday was just fantastic. The condo was just beautiful and comfortable. It was our home away from home for sure ! The condo is situated right in the middle of everything and could even walk to most places. The view of the Gulf along with the great weather we had was priceless. We have referred you to several of our friends and are hoping to make it back this year (several times). Thanks again, Sheryl & Jimmy Loup Mandeville, LA

We had a wonderful visit, agree with everything said before and hope to make this an annual trip. I'd like to add some info for other disabled persons: The parking was acceptable for most disabled users. If you have a van with a lift, you may need to unload then park. They could use a few more spots during the busy season. The door openings were acceptable for all but the widest chairs with no level changes. The doors to the patio are sliders and there are the typical tracks at the bottom. The elevator is acceptable, maybe a little small for turning easily. Getting to the master bedroom is a straight shot down the hall, and there is plenty of room in the master bedroom and bathroom for turning radius. The guest bedroom and bath are 90 degree turns from the hall. Both bathrooms have tubs and fixed shower heads. The toilets are standard height. The floors are tile with a few throw rugs that could be rolled up and tucked out of the way if needed. The beds are tall, I had to climb in head-first. They are firm and soft at the same time, very comfortable. I couldn't sit on the side to dress, but there are chairs in the rooms. The couch is very nice but has the kind of fabric that is hard to slide forward on, stick to the chairs if you have trouble standing up from a sitting position. Dining room chairs are armless but sturdy, as is the table. Breakfast bar and chairs are tall. Access to the beach is a short walkway, then you cross a 2-lane road to the sand. Access to the pool was easy, there are stairs into the water with a sturdy rail, shallow water is about 3.5 feet, I think the deep water was 8 feet but I may not remember this correctly. Note to people with kids: We left a bag of sand toys in the locker, they wouldn't fit in our car for the ride home. The porta-crib was the small size one, it tucked nicely next to the bed. We were so happy to have it there for our use. This condo was perfect for our family of 3 children, 2 young mothers and Grandma. The only thing I would say is a teeny-tiny need is curtains for the living room windows. If someone is sleeping on the couch/bed, the sun comes up early. Linda was very easy to with with, a very nice person.

We had an amazing vacation in this very well appointed unit. We had 3 adults and 1 baby and had plenty of room. We brought our daughter's pack n play, but discovered there was already one in the master closet! One less thing to haul next time. The unit is beautifully updated, with a well stocked kitchen, amazing view of the Gulf, and comfortable living space. The pool is on the sound side and was a pleasure to swim in everyday. Very clean unit and building. Parking was easy and there were plenty of carts to haul your things from the car to the unit. The only disappointments were the gym and no internet access. Some of the equipment in the gym was being repaired while we were there, so we weren't able to exercise (oh well!). Also, this was a working vacation for two of us and the unit doesn't have internet access. We were able to find "free"internet access in the recreation room on the first floor, but adding wireless to the unit would have made this absolute perfection. Linda was an absolute pleasure to work with (especially since we booked at the last minute). We are looking forward to returning many times over!

My husband and I stayed in May for a week and loved it! This condo is very quiet, a lot of owners and we didn't see kids. No loud noises in the mornings in the halls, very peaceful and quiet. The cleanest we've found in the past few years! Immaculate. Very well stocked and the balcony was awesome overlooking the Gulf. My only negative is the washers and dryers were down in the basement but other than that small thing, these were perfect! Owners were great to work with and available to us. Highly recommend this rental, doesn't feel like a rental! Feels like home!

This was my families 2nd time staying at Linda's condo. The condo is our 'home away from home'. It is so clean and updated and it is beautifully decorated. All the amenities are included in your stay. I actually didn't mind cooking for the family because the view is amazing! Just a short walk to a little slice of heaven on earth. We will return again and again!

Recently, we (a group of teachers) stayed at Lisa's property for our spring break for some "mommy" time. The condo was extremely comfortable with amazing views and an incredible balcony! Lisa made the entire process very easy and convenient. Check-in was easy and so was check-out. This condo would also be great for families as well. The balcony itself is worth the price you pay! It is great for your morning coffee! In addition, Lisa has the condo priced very well. We feel that we got more than we paid for! Thanks for an amazing "mommy" trip!

The condo was not only clean and comfortable, but decorated nicely, making our stay very enjoyable. The residents and workers in the condo were friendly and helpful. I found a free wireless internet connection in the community room. Our favoriate part of the condo was the gulf side balcony. The view is wonderful! We also enjoyed walking on the white sandy beach every day. There is a new business on the island where we were able to rent bikes. The bike paths on the island goes on for miles and is easy and fun! The bike shop also provides a free lock and bike basket so it was easy for us to take our lunch along. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to make some really nice meals. Several times we had family out to the condo and enjoyed the fancy dishes. We put together a special meal for our daughter's 15th birthday. We certainly will want the same condo next time we visit the Pensacola area. The owner was very easy to work with and provided a great service. Thank you!

Our stay at Linda's Condo was awesome, it is beautifully decorated and the view was spectacular, I always do plenty of research when picking a Vacation rental and always worry that it will not live of to the Pictures or Description ,but no worries here it was everything my Family and I hoped for and more and the best part was no overcrowding on the Beach. We would recommend this Condo to any one and would like to stay again in the future and you can't beat the price for such a nice Condo.Thank You Linda for the use of your Condo, you have done a great job on the Decor. Wonderful, Wonderful time. We had the best seat in the house for the July Blue Angel Show. Linda was kind enough to let us stay late on Sunday so we could watch the makeup show. We had friends staying in two others condos at the same facility and they were envious of our posh digs. We hope to keep a standing reservation for the Blues Week in July. Thanks for everything you did Linda and we can't wait to come back.

We absolutely enjoyed the entire condo, but our favorite part was the spacious balcony. The view was breathtaking and soooo peaceful. The kitchen had all of the appliances necessary to cook a large variety of foods and the entire place was clean. We had a great time and Linda was a joy to work with. We can't wait to come back! Lovely stay, just as described and appears in photos. One of the nicest VR's I've stayed in, Linda has done a fantastic job decorating to give it a designer home fee. Painted ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, nice furnishings, it's lovely. Right across the street from the beach, it's nice to be able to watch the water and the foot and car traffic. Beach furniture to take with you to the beach. Well equipped, our family in Pensacola came over for the day, and took down the details to recommend to friends. Worth the money, hope to stay again!

Thanks Linda. The condo was exactly what we were looking for -- a great view of the Gulf from every room; a surprisingly large balcony (perfect for reading/relaxing); plenty of space on the beach to fly a kite; but a very short walk to the main beach area for a snack, concert, shopping, etc. I really don't think there is a better location on the beach.

Linda, We have been to Pensacola several times but this location was definatly the best. Just a short walk to the Beach Ball. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and well equipped. The wonderful deck furniture made sitting on the lanai and gazing out at the ocean soooo relaxing. We obviously had a great stay.

This condo is absolutely perfect! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with plenty beds and places to sleep. The property is located close to the main area of Pensacola Beach, but far enough away that you can actually get a great spot on the beach without bumping towels with the people next to you! The condo is stocked with everything you'll need, even great over-sized bath towels. We rented it for the weekend for a bachelorette party and the owner was very flexible with us about check in times and parking passes, two areas that hotels would never budge on! I highly recommend this property!
