My husband and I stayed in this home for a month, in April,with our dog. All three of us really enjoyed our stay in such a nicely furnished and well-kept place. There was going to be a re-landscaping project after our stay, so it will be even nicer in the future. Monica stayed in touch and cleaned the pool on a regular basis. Plenty of room for 6 people and even 8, if two slept on the sofa bed. Nice neighborhood. We would stay there again if Las Cruces is a destination in our future.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing.

As a first time vacation rental user I was somewhat skeptical of what the experience would be like. I am glad my travels took me to Las Cruces and that I came across Monica's property. The house is located in a tranquil area, neighbors are friendly, and it felt as though if we were home. My family enjoyed their stay very much, especially spending time by the pool. We will definitely be going back to Monica's house next year.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Excellant rental and very reasonable price. Stayed 3 days for the March Bataan Death March Memorial Marathon at White Sands. All the amenities were available, house was great for 6 of us and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all kinds of stores....food, clothing, basic necesseties for a weekend stay. Espeically like being close to Old Mesilla and just minutes to get to the mountains. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

We rented this house for a family gathering for five nights over the Christmas holiday. The house is very clean and comfortably-appointed. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all open, giving the area a spacious feeling. We had a problem with some plumbing, but the agent had it taken care of the next day (a hard thing to get accomplished on a Christmas weekend). The kitchen had everything you'd need for up to six people - pots, pans, plates utensils, cups, glasses and bowls. Our older parents said the beds were comfortable, and the walk in shower was very helpful for one of them. Our parents also commented that they felt safe in the house/neighborhood and was quiet. The laundry facilities worked well, as did the dishwasher, TV and DVD player. We would definitely have our families stay here again.

This is our home away from home. My kids want to go back to the vacation home. The house is great & we felt right at home from the moment we walked in through the front door. I definitely plan to rent this house again next summer!

My husband, son and I very much enjoyed this house. It was clean and nice and well appointed. The pool was immaculate. Then, to top it off, I left some valuable jewelry behind upon our departure. The owner not only retrieved it, but coordinated getting it back to me with a good degree of effort. I've stayed in many VRBO's, but have never had such personal attention.

My husband and I spent a week in this home and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to restaurants and Walmart! Monica was helpful and we would definatly use her again should we need a rental in the future.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful house for a month and enjoyed every minute of it. We had guests from out of state and out or town and all were very impressed. The furnishings go far beyond anything we have encountered anywhere and we spend a lot of time in rental homes away from home. Exceptional! By far the best we have found. Monica and her husband were great hosts. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area for any length of time.

We had a wonderful time! The house is very nice! Very nice furnishing! A king bed and few extra outside chairs would have made it even better! The pool is great(We left a few pool toys for you)! Monica is super poolboy! We'd stay again!

Me and my family stayed at this house and all I have to say is FABULOUS. Monica knows how to take care of clients and I give her a thumbs up. I would definitely rent again from her, not to mention the same property. Has to be one of the most well maintained houses I have seen and extremely cozy!

We spent a week at this home. It is a home away from home. My family loved the pool. The home is clean, well decorated and comfortable. I love cooking and enjoyed the well equiped kitchen. We will definitely stay at one of Monica's properties when we visit our relatives in the area.

This house is as cozy as it gets. All the furnishings were first class and the linens were luxury! The yard and courtyard of this house make you feel that you could be in Tuscany! Monica was extrememly helpful and a great host! Thank you Monica -you gave us a home away from home!

I enjoyed my stay at this house. It was very clean when I arrived.The beds and linens were first class.All the furniture was well made (nothing cheap). Everything worked! There was a small problem with the internet line but that was taken care of right away. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. All in all it had a good feel.I would certainly rent it again.
