This beautiful four-bedroom villa is currently being renovated. We expect to start renting in September or October 2007.

The villa is within 50 to 90 minutes from Valencia, Murcia and Alicante airports. There are numerous nearby beaches and also quaint coves. Tourist and other facilities (shops and restaurants) are numerous and open all year.

This villa is located in a beautiful residential area about two miles above Benidoleig. The villa has a large terrace that enables sunning or shade all day, depending on which you prefer.

The villa overlooks a beautiful and undeveloped mountain ridge and valley. The villa has views of the ocean, ten kilometers away.

There is golf and numerous other highlights: beautiful beaches, superb restaurants, mountain walks, free tennis, local markets, quaint shops, attractive shopping centers and much more.
