Wonderful views in a platinum decorated unit at a great price with Free High speed internet access.

Our vacation home is on the 20th floor and is professionally furnished with many upgrades throughout. Once you stay in our unit, when it comes time to leave, you already are planning you next trip back.

The master bedroom includes a premium extra thick pillow top queen size bed with dresser and night stands, TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offer one a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay.

The living room features a large sleeper/sofa, a chair and coffee table, a large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which includes a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster for optimum convenience.

The two built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses are sure to keep the kids deep asleep after a long day at the beach, and another couple can comfortably sleep on the pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The unit also includes a GE washer and dryer.

Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated. Great for the little ones is the zero entry level pool with the “Mushroom Fountain.”

The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

  • We just came back from our stay at Marcella's and Justin's condo and we had a great time. The view is absolutley gorgeous. The walk to the beach was only 2 minutes and the pool area was great. I love the fact that you could walk into the pool. The condo is well maintained and you can see that the owners really care about their unit. We had 4 adults in our party and me and my friend slept on the bunk beds and they were surprisingly confortable. The memory foam mattresses were just great. Definately coming back.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen well-stocked with all the necessities for cooking, and the general ambiance of the space was quite serene. The dual views (from our balcony and the entry corridor) were each unique and breath-taking. Our experience was exactly what we hoped it would be.

  • What a wonderful way to spend our 2 week family vacation! Beautiful condo and fabulous views of the beach just a stones throw away . Ideally situated in Destin , surrounded by beauty and the feeling you are totally secure within the gated area . We especially loved the fully equipt kitchen which meant we could cook fresh , healthy meals every day. Would definately recommend Henderson state park for family orientated beach days , and going deep sea fishing on a party boat. Will (and have ) recommended this condo to our friends and would definately stay again without hesitation. Thankyou Marcella for allowing us to stay at your Condo!!!
