Beautiful southern exposure, walk or bike to Tigertail beach and everything inside brand new. This is a very warm and inviting home, with large porcelain tiles throughout. Fantastic panoramic views of the water from screened lanai. Great fishing from back yard, too. This is the perfect entertainment house, with in/outdoor flowing layout. Large two car garage. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Tigertail Beach - best sunsets on the Gulf side and a 5 minute drive to Marco Marina for boat rentals and fishing charters. You can even walk to local restaurants. The house itself has a lovely southern exposure. You can't find a better package for your vacation or holiday!
Inside you'll find the house tastefully appointed. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full closets, a 27" television and, of course, a private master bath. The guest bedrooms are all new as well. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers two twins. Both of these bedrooms share a second bathroom, and all rooms throughout the house have cooling ceiling fans.
From the living room, walk through the glass sliders into the enclosed lanai. From there you can barbeque, enjoy breakfast (or lunch or dinner), relax on the lounge chairs and you'll see the beautiful view shown above. Or maybe you'd like to enjoy the view from the new spa? You certainly can!
If fishing or boating is your pleasure, our 10' x 20' dock was recently installed.
The 34' swimming pool is new, too. The side exposure of the lanai guarantees that the pool will remain in the sunlight almost all day, and the pool heater will keep the water temperature just right. Want privacy? Just look at the landscaping behind the pool. There's more landscaping in front of it and a fenced-in area to the side. Bringing the little ones or expecting your grandchildren to visit? It's not shown, but there is also a safety fence in the garage that can be used to block off the lanai from the pool area. We also offer the use of the Safety Turtle pool safety system - child-size "watches" that sound an alarm if immersed in water.

Here in Vermont we like to say that we have four seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and construction. So is it really any wonder why we bought our vacation home on Marco Island in sunny SW Florida?
None of us is really sure what heaven will look like, but we have a suspicion that it will look something like Marco Island. Beautiful blue skies, palm trees swaying in the breeze, incredible sunsets - it just doesn't get any better than this!
