Sunken shower/tub in master bathroom with dual toilets and sinks. 3 guest bedrooms: one with king bed and private full bath, one with full bed which shares a full bath (shower, no tub) with a bedroom containing 2 sets of bunk beds (4 singles beds).
NON-SMOKING.

Child-friendly house with separate play room off dining and kitchen area.
11 acres on the Coast Fork of the Willamette river - country setting with city conveniences: 15 minutes to U of O, Trader Joe's, Asian market, organic food markets, liquor store, Costco.
