Take your own private elevator to this spacious 2500 sq. ft. seventh floor unit. Full kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Full laundry facilities in the unit. All linens and towels provided. You will need to bring your own beach and pool towels...these are not provided. 40" Flat screen TV with 40 channel cable television in living room and flat screen TV in master bedroom and second bedroom. Wrap around balcony with fantastic view of Bay of Banderias. There is a king size bed in both the master suite and second bedroom; the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed. A blowup mattress is available.
There is a $100 cleaning fee. Utilities not included in the rent.
