Enjoy Puerto Vallarta from the luxurious BRAND NEW Tres Mares Condominium. Located in the Marina District, Tres Mares is on the point overlooking the Harbor, City and the Bay. We own this 3-Bedroom condo and also a 4 bedroom corner unit on the 16th floor - check out vrbo#254637
Our top of the line unit has its own private parking in a below ground garage, private elevator that open directly into the unit, and is elegantly furnished! Tiled floors, granite countertops, large flat screen tvs are some of our unique features!
This is an exclusive complex with excellent security. This is not a party resort, not a hotel, not an all inclusive resort. Facilities include a huge infinity pool with poolside snack bar, spa and gym, and tennis courts.
Full kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Water is purified that goes through the refrigerator. Full laundry facilities in the unit. All linens and bath towels provided. We do have some beach towels on hand. 42" Flat screen TV with satellite television in living room and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms. Large balcony to relax or entertain. Ceiling to floor windows and sliding glass doors in living area and master suite, along with ceiling fans to relax with the doors open and the breeze off the bay surrounding you. 2 King beds, 1 Full Bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 single beds are arranged in the bedrooms.
Tres Mares is brand new! Please note that we have 2 units in the same tower, so if you have a large group, we can accommodate you!
There is a $100 cleaning fee per stay. Utilities not included in the rent May-October.

We have nothing but great things to say about Tres Mares. Our family has stayed at Tres Mares twice now and we could not be happier with how our time there has gone. First of all, the location of Tres Mares is fantastic. Truly, we believe nothing beats the view of the ocean and mountains from the condos. Being so close to the Marina was also so convenient. We were able to walk to have supper each night and the occasional breakfast. The atmosphere in the area is very friendly and pleasant and so easy to navigate. Never at any time have we felt uncomfortable while out and about. We feel it's extremely safe in the surrounding area and at Tres Mares. The condos themselves are wonderful! Everything is top of the line in the condos. We cooked many meals in the very accommodating kitchen space and loved dining out on the massive deck area overlooking the ocean. Everything is beautifully decorated and we loved the attention to detail with the decor. It's impossible not to feel relaxed in such luxurious surroundings. Doing business with Tim and Teresa was a breeze. Every detail was sorted out prior to our arrival and the communication was clear and concise. We had absolutely no trouble working with them and getting our travel plans arranged. We are so thankful for this! The facilities and staff are exceptional at Tres Mares. They go out of their way to be of assistance and see to it that you are pleased with your vacation. We marveled at the impeccable grounds at Tres Mares and at just how clean and comfortable everything was. We loved lounging in the pool, playing in the ocean, and walking the beaches during the day. I don't think we'll ever tire of our routine! We will continue to return to Puerto Vallarta and I'm confident that our vacations will be wonderful each time we stay at the Tres Mares condos. Thank you so much!
