We are located ten minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton airport, fifteen minutes from downtown Bradenton, walking distance to IMG Academies,Florida State College and 10 minutes from Sarasota. If you crave the Metropolitan life then enjoy all the amenities Sarasota has to offer: fine dining, theatre, Opera, shopping,and the Sarasota Bayfront Marina. If an old florida feel is what you are after, then enjoy Bradenton's surrounding fishing villages and quaint shops. Are you a beach person? You will have your pick from Siesta beach with it's fine sandy beaches, to Coquina Beach, Anna Maria Island and many others. We provide the beach chairs and towels.
