  Absolutely stunning beach home, with every convenience you could possibly want while on vacation. Incredible location, fantastic views, and within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return to this property next time I'm in Folly Beach

  We are a large family (9) who came to Charleston for the first time to see our son during his first year at The Citadel. We loved this home, it is truly built for the ultimate vacation adventure. We were able to find spread out and everyone was able to have a great time, plus the kitchen allowed us to cook some "home-cooked" meals. It was like having our own private island getaway!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We celebrated my in-laws' 50th anniversary by gathering all the children, grandchildren and the new great-granddaughter at the house. It was a wonderful week. Everything was as advertised, if not better. I would absolutely recommend Folly Beach and this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, laid back place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality and I look forward to returning for another stay!

  We met up with all of our children and grandchildren for a family vacation. The home was more beautiful than we expected! The pictures do not do justice! Great floor plan and decorating. Plenty of room for everyone not to feel crowded. The owner was very willing to help us if we had any problems, thanks Eddie! The weather was not friendly for our visit but the home exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to attempt another visit to Folly Beach and will only hope this home is available when we return. Everyone loved that every bedroom had a ocean view. Plus it is always fun to stay at the prettiest house on the beach!!

  This home is beautiful. The pictures barely do it justice. It is well maintained and furnished it a way that makes you feel comfortable. There are so many great places for the family to gather: the beautiful porches, the family room and the wonderful game room on the 3rd floor. It's close enough that you can walk to town and the pier but far enough away that you feel that you're the only one on the beach. I highly recommend this home - one of my most relaxing vacations ever! We had such a great time that we are now making this our annual family gathering place. It will put a smile on your face!

  Eddie's Jeddy couldn't have been more perfect for our family! There were five different families that stayed in the house and we never felt crowded. My husband and I were married on June 21st at the Folly Beach county park and we stayed the rest of week with our family at the house. Everyone loved having an ocean view room. The game room provided hours of entertainment for our kids and also for the adults. By far the best thing about the house was the large porches with rockers. Many hours were spent outside rocking, watching the waves, telling stories, and hanging out with my family. It was nice having all the personal touches in the house as well. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend the house and hope to return!
