After a day of sunning and swimming out on the beach, this "front beach" beach house offers the ultimate relaxing retreat, that is perfect for spending quality time with family! This home provides a living room and great room with a 62 inch wide screen High Definition TV with surround sound and a variety of owner provided movies for your viewing pleasure. HBO channels are available on most of the nine TV/ VCR/ DVD combos. Play some beach music on a state of the art 500 WATT stereo system, complete with owner provided CD library, guaranteed to get everyone in the mood for a great day of fun in the sun!
If the sun goes down and you are still ready for games, this home will accommodate you wonderfully! Rain, no problem, we have an awesome Game Room on the entire third floor. There, you will find a plethora of exciting things to keep you and your family entertained with 2 TV/VCR/DVD combos, another stereo system with surround sound, Wireless cable internet connection, air Hockey, ping pong, and a full size pool table, so the fun is destined to never end. Need a workout? Use our stationary bike. There is also a refrigerator and wet bar in this area, so there is no need to miss out on any of the action!
Direct and private beach access with outside shower is available. Plenty of rocking chairs are provided on three levels of oceanfront porches or decks, accessible from all bedrooms. Views are limitless and unobstructed, since every bedroom faces the ocean. You have 3 master bedrooms with private baths, and plenty of parking for all in a 3 car garage. Linens, cleaning products and toiletries are provided! Everything is ready to go upon arrival!

Eddie is a General Contractor, Real Estate Broker, and former restaurant owner, most notable the Atlantic House Restaurant that washed away by "HUGO". Graduated from The Citadel. Former Commissioner for Charleston County PRC and currently a board member of Patriots Point Development Authority. The Pier at Folly Beach is named after Eddie. Kyle is a Junior at The Citadel.

This home is beautiful. The pictures barely do it justice. It is well maintained and furnished it a way that makes you feel comfortable. There are so many great places for the family to gather: the beautiful porches, the family room and the wonderful game room on the 3rd floor. It's close enough that you can walk to town and the pier but far enough away that you feel that you're the only one on the beach. I highly recommend this home - one of my most relaxing vacations ever! We had such a great time that we are now making this our annual family gathering place. It will put a smile on your face!

Eddie's Jeddy couldn't have been more perfect for our family! There were five different families that stayed in the house and we never felt crowded. My husband and I were married on June 21st at the Folly Beach county park and we stayed the rest of week with our family at the house. Everyone loved having an ocean view room. The game room provided hours of entertainment for our kids and also for the adults. By far the best thing about the house was the large porches with rockers. Many hours were spent outside rocking, watching the waves, telling stories, and hanging out with my family. It was nice having all the personal touches in the house as well. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend the house and hope to return!
