We had a great time in this fantastic, well appointed, very well maintained home. The views out the magnificent windows were breathtaking! The floor plan of the home is well thought out. A great home for multiple families. I can't think of a negative thing to say, except that our vacation had to come to an end and we had to leave!

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful house. We have made Winter Park our summer trip for the last eight years, but with the wonderful addition of two grandchildren to our family, we outgrew the condo we had previously used. This home is spacious (no wide angle lens necessary to enhance its size) with incredible views. Every room is lovely. We cooked in almost every meal. I could not have been more pleased. After a difficult spring and summer (tornado) we will particularly remember this vacation as a time of joyful escape from harsh realities. We will be back.

We spent one glorious week in this home in July. What a wonderful experience! The home was warm and inviting, with a fantastic layout for multiple families. The living area had ample space for 8 adults to relax and play games, and the extra living area and game room in the basement provided a lot of extra space for all of our little ones to play without getting underfoot. We were very impressed with how well-stocked the entire house was with essentials such as toilet paper, dish detergent, soap, paper towels, utensils, dishes, etc...the list goes on. The bedrooms were all spaced far enough apart to allow for peaceful sleeping without the worry of waking little ones as they slept. The location was amazing, being very central to everything that Winter Park has to offer both in the summer and the winter. We loved every minute that we were in this beautiful home, and we will definitely be back in future years!

There were six adults and three children and we LOVED the floorplan and convenience, decor and scenery of this spacious home. It offered everything we needed...and more. The pictures are EXACT about the rooms and decor (all quite spotless and renter-ready) but they can't do justice to the beautiful scenery from every window or the crisp mountain air (while Denver had 90+ degrees each day). The family emjoyed meals at the huge round table and cards/games at the smaller table in the family room. Although we didn't use television time, the children enjoyed the movies we brought on the "big screen" downstairs (almost theatre-like). The kitchen was well-appointed and we used every bit of space in that huge refrigerator (big eaters) and the gas grill worked magic on steaks and burgers...even our vegan's mushroom turned out great. The hot-tub was wonderful. All in all, we had a terrific time at this home and in Winter Park. Also, GREAT folks to work with -- pre-renting inquiries were cheerfully and quickly answered and WHILE at the home we had immediate responses to our only questions. No sense of being abandoned "after the sale". A quality experience for our entire family. Thanks!

Perfect, perfect, perfect. This house was perfect for us. Close to the ski area, snowmobiling, tubing, sleigh ride. We loved everything about this house. The view is spectacular. What a delightful place! Our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We took advantage of Winter Park across the street and found lots of summer activities. After full days we would look forward to relaxing in the hot tub at night while some in our group would opt to play some pool or take in a movie on big screen downstairs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Working with the on site management company was a big plus - Kandice is a wonderful person to deal with!

Everyone had such a wonderful time the house was perfect for us. When we go back to Winter Park you can count on us renting the house. Things we loved: (great selling points for the house) Loved game room...it got tons of use TV room downstairs with the wet bar was perfect. Layout of the House was wonderful for multi-familes. Everyone had space and that back master downstairs was perfect with the little ones who went to bed early. They couldn't hear anything. Heated floors...huge plus Location to the mountain couldn't be any better. The shuttle would of been nice but it had very limited pick up to the mountain. Your snow cleaning service did a great job. They were at the house every time it snowed and I think it snowed almost every day. Thanks for having a crock-pot, blender, and mixer. We have had to purchase these at Walmart before on trips. The air mattress was a huge plus! It was perfect for the little kids.

The house is beautiful with an awesome view. The heated floor was so nice and the beds were soooo comfy. We enjoyed the fireplaces and the claw tub with bubbles. We watched our team win on the big tv downstairs and played euchre at the card table while others enjoyed pool. The hot tub was ideal after a day of skiing and eating all together around the big round table was a perfect opportunity to enjoy our family. It was an outstanding vacation and the home was a big part of it thank you so much from all of us for allowing us to stay at your home.

What a beautiful home you have! Our New Year’s stay was fabulous. Our family has been blessed to stay in some of the nicest properties in several different resort areas and yours was one of our favorites. It screams “Colorado” right when you pull up and the view from the great room windows is absolutely perfect. All of the linens, kitchen wares, and décor are clean and like new!

We loved our stay at Arrowhead! It was an amazing place to be...My husband has deployed to Baghdad but we were fortunate enough to all be together as a family for Thanksgiving. Would love to try to make it out that way again when he returns from his deployment for some wintertime fun!
