As you enter, you’ll see the Tuscan influence in the landscape and architecture, notably in the Renaissance Center housing the Fitness center, Spa, Wellness classes and Computer room. The atmosphere here is comparable to a high end resort as you enjoy the Lagoon pool, Lap pool, Hot Tub and Tennis Center. Relax and order lunch from either of two restaurants in the Village Center. Feel free to linger till the sun goes down with a cocktail served poolside. Travel further into Palmira to the Clubhouse and enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking the course, lakes and fountains.
Our coach house is located in The Enclave, a Toll Brothers development. Our end unit home is graced by a larger side yard and an unobstructed view of the lake, palm trees and golf course from the Lanai, Master Bedroom and Kitchen. Our view is cherished as we back up to open space and Palm Trees. Enjoy the peaceful sunsets over the Palm Trees as you entertain your guests or just unwind! There is a feeling of openness in the design and furnishings of the home. The L shaped Lanai has an overhead ceiling fan and is furnished with teak and cushioned chairs so you can linger for hours, watching the birds, aquatic life and golfers. The Lanai also has a separate entrance from the side yard.
The house is distinguished by over 2000 square feet of living space and a sizeable 2 car garage and driveway. You’ll find two bikes in the garage so you can ride around the neighborhoods of Palmira! The Enclave includes a community Pool and Hot Tub that is less than a 5 minute stroll from our unit. Think of this pool after the sun has gone down and you just feel like swimming!
The Great Room includes a large overhead ceiling fan and has a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman positioned to enjoy the view outside or the 42 inch flat panel HDTV. You can access the Lanai from the larger sliders in the Great Room. The Dining Room seats 6 comfortably at the glass topped table and two more at the granite counter. Serve cocktails from the wine hutch and enjoy casual Florida dining! The Master Suite has a ceiling fan and its own private entrance to the Lanai. It is furnished with a queen bed and a separate sitting area. There is a spacious walk in closet adjoining the bedroom and Master Bath.
No detail was left out of the Master Bath, including a linen closet, Corian his and her vanities, a vanity stool, tiled shower, soaking tub and private water closet. The Guest Bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a queen size bed. The large second bathroom is across the hall from the Guest Bedroom and features a linen closet, Corian vanity and enclosed tub/shower. The Den includes double doors, an overhead ceiling fan and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, desk and dresser. This is the perfect room to catch up on mail, nap or plan for tomorrow. The Kitchen features tall cabinetry, a center island, work area, marble counter tops and eat in Breakfast Area. The walk in Pantry stores anything and everything you’ll need for your vacation meals and snacks. The Breakfast Area looks out to the Lanai that can also be accessed from the kitchen sliders. This house sleeps 6 comfortably but there is an air mattress that is available for an extra 2 guests.
Your stay at Palmira includes unlimited golf in the 27 Hole course. The Cart Fees are $21/person but that’s it! The course is private, effective 1/1/2007 and currently has less than 300 members. With those ratios you are guaranteed a great round and a convenient tee time! In addition to golf, you will enjoy the full benefits of the Renaissance Center (Tennis, Wellness Classes, fully appointed Fitness Center with Private Trainer, Computer Room), the Village Center Grill and Cafe, Clubhouse Dining and Daily Social Events.

We looked at properties in several SW Florida golf communities but none of them compared to the amenenities, golf & community of Palmira. There is ALWAYS something fun going on at Palmira between golf, clubhouse, pool, fitness, tennis and Renaissance Center activities!

We love the Friday night get together's at the pool Tiki Bar. Fun times listening to live music, meeting new friends & enjoying dinner at the pool.

We look forward to enjoying Palmira in the spring and fall and count the days until we can escape to the paradise of Palmira. Mike and I aren't ready to retire so we spend our winters and summers in Pennsylvania. We schedule a few weeks twice a year when the season changes to drive to Florida to play golf, sit by the pool and bird watch from our Lanai.
