  • This is not only a rental; it is a home. Fine furnishings, full kitchen, 3 TV's, dining area, deck with grille, washer, dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood. Why would you rent a condo or hotel when Scott has made this place available? We will definitely be back.

  • We had an outstanding experience at this property and with the owner. His hopitality extended well beyond normal rental relationships. He also helped to clarify and customize our rental arrangement despite a travel agent who was not very dependable. We were 10 adults in our family & stayed from Feb 19th to the 24th for my daughter's wedding at a nearby location. During the week, we entertained every night in this beautiful home, one night hosting about 20 people. It was perfect for sleeping and entertaining and visiting with a large group. The bath arrangements were great even with all the events surrounding the wedding, skiing, sleigh rides, snowmobile trips etc. Very comfortable and very well appointed. I would highly recommend this homer for anyone looking for a great vacation experience in the Fraser/Winter Park area.

  • My family and I recently spent our spring break at this home and it was perfect. It had all the amenites of home fromm the perfect kitchen right down to the heavenly bedding. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. We loved the skiing, but as a father my favorite part of the trip was enjoying this home and cooking diner with my daughters.   • We loved spending Spring Break in this beautiful home. Our family of five was extremely comfortable there, enjoying all the modern conveniences of home in the midst of a forested winter wonderland. And just minutes from incredible skiing! We hope to be back soon!

  • We rented this property in August 2007. We walked in the door and it was just like being home. The property is very spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable, and the owner is very gracious. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat in the mountains.

  • Christmas 2007 was a blessing for all of us. We all had dificulty arriving due to the blizzards, but once we arrived it was like coming home. The home was perfect. There were eight of us and we were all comfortable. Perfect kitchen for ALOT of Holiday cooking, and plenty of room for all of our ski gear. We will definitly stay here again. Thank you so much!
