Vacation in our charming home! Location is everything. Our home is steps to the beach and two blocks from the main street in Ocean Beach, which has shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Sun, surf, bike ride, and relax. This is the best that San Diego has to offer. Take long walks along the romantic beach where the sunset disappears into the Pacific Ocean each evening. In the spring and fall, whales migrate just beyond the end of the local pier. We provide everything.
The home is fully furnished and includes all linens. You benefit from our new remodel. The home has two master bedrooms each with queen-size beds. The home is very comfortable for four adults although it will sleep six because of a convertible bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and we include cookware, dishes, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of other appliances.
Reserved parking is on-site. This is a big deal at the beach.
This is your vacation, so relax! TV, stereo, broadband Internet access, cable TV, DVD player, and many more amenities. But take our advice, if you come all the way to San Diego, don’t stay inside. There are activities for all ages within easy walking distance.
Bring the entire family! You pet is welcome if it is well behaved. There is a large front yard.

Payment Options: Personal/ Business check, Cashier's check, Money Order, or Visa/Master Card (add 2.9% transaction fees). A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees. A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition.
No cleaning fees or any other hidden charges! A deposit and a return of the rental agreement is required upon booking. The balance of payment is due one week before arrival. Late payments will be assessed a surcharge of $100. For cancellation earlier than one calendar month before your arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We ask that you not smoke indoors. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
Property has six cottages, consisting of two front units with a front yard, and four back units with a small courtyard. Additional charge for front unit.
