  This was a great place. You are nearby whatever you need for a relaxing vacation. A very short walk to the beautiful beach. The owner has the place well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels and bicycles. The house itself has all you need from full size washer and dryer to fully equipped kitchen. It was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the relaxing pool area and the outdoor shower. Great restaurants all are around you. We especially liked Pine Street with all the quaint shops and places to eat. Anyone wanting to rent this house for your vacation believe me you will not be disappointed.

  great place better than than described. 2 minutes and your at the beach. pool is very nice. outdoor shower is great. i cant say enough good things. manatees and dolphins in waist deep water. my favorite beach in the USA

  We stayed 3 days, and found the home to be everything and more than described. It is nice and clean, and beachy, with everything you need for your stay. We walked all over the place, and found lots of little shops and restaurants, as well as a great ice cream shop. The beach, which is a short walk away, is beautiful, and we watched spectacular sunsets. The water was as clear and blue as we have seen in the Florida Keys! We also found it so quiet on the north end of AMI. You don't think about it much, but we both commented that it was the first time in ages that we didn't even hear one passing emergency siren or noisy motorcycle going down our street. It is really quiet. A couple of times I sat outside just after dark, and other than birds, I didn't hear anything. Fantastic place to stay!

  This Anna Maria beach house is perfect for me and my family! We visit every year and love, love every minute of our stay. It is truly an island paradise for us. The house itself is exactly as listed. All information necessary to utilize the property to its full potential is readily available. It is well stocked with all the amenities needed to stay at the beach all day or lounge by the pool for hours or simply have a quite afternoon indoors. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of linens, storage space and lighting. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick small meal or a simple dinner party. The living/dining area is quite comfortable with plenty of seating, interesting reading material (if you do not bring your own) and an adequate TV/DVD set-up. The outside area is perfectly set-up with plenty of outdoor seating both shaded and unshaded. Sitting pool side is a great way to either start or end your day on this property! I truly can't say enough! You will not be disappointed by this beach house! It is perfect!

  My boyfriend and I needed a getaway and we spent the weekend down in Anna Maria at Sue Ann's Island Paradise and that was exactly what it was. Living in Tampa this is a wonderful location to get away to get into a relaxed environment and only about an hour drive. Great places to eat if you don't feel like using the kitchen or bbq'ing. The best part was being able to hangout by the pool. You feel like your in a tropical paradise with all the plants surrounding the pool area. If you want long walks on the beach, it is just a short walk to get to. We brought our bikes down and had a blast riding all over the island. The duplex has everything you need and is decorated with a fun island flare. So if you want to get away at a great location.. check it out. Also she has another duplex so if you want to have a get together for family and friends I can't think of a more perfect spot.

  I have stayed in this duplex (and it's companon #101019) several times, and would return monthly if possible! It is nicely decorated, very clean and well maintained......with everything you need to get down to the "business" of vacationing. The owner is great, and can suggest ways to spend your days on Anna Maria. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the Bay, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away. The added bonuses are the pool and large deck area right on the property.....complete with an outdoor shower. I have referred several friends here and they ALL have agreed that it's a terrific find on an enchanting island!

  We have stayed at Sue Ann's house for family reunions, girls weekends and romantic getaways. Whatever the occasion - this is a rare find on the absolutely beautiful north end of Anna Maria. The house is very charming and inviting with its beachy theme. Relaxation is a given from the moment you arrive. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance means cooking is optional. The pool is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres after a day at the beach.

  Started our stays here for my son's graduation from high school back a couple of years and have been back many times since then. Sometimes just me and my faithful pal, Sammy the border collie. This is the perfect place to get away, park the car and relax. From Rod and Reel Pier to Bean Point and all places on the north end, it is the way a vacation should be. Quiet and relaxed where you feel rejuvenated when you go home. Sue Ann has done a great job on this property with nice summery decor that fits the beach to a T and the pool is a welcome respite after long hot walks or lounging in the sun at the beach. She has everything you need INCLUDING a blender. Perfect size for a small family and if you have a larger one, then up and down may suit your needs. I stayed on AMI 10X in 2009 and hope to get back down some more in 2010. We stayed here on Mother's Day weekend and had a great time. Highly recommend Sue Ann's place and the north end of AMI. It is old time Florida at it's finest.
