We had the opportunity to take a week off 9/24-/10/1/11 to kick back and relax. We rented this lovely villa and found it to be everything we needed and more. It is comfortable, roomy, clean and DOG friendly. The owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. The villa is in a great spot with close access to tennis courts and the pool both of which we enjoyed. It's about a mile walk to the beach but driving access is also easy. Evian is a great spot in Shipyard with great walking/biking trails. This is a great time of year to rent too because it's quiet but the weather is still very warm and enjoyable. We would highly recommend renting this rental property. It has it all and we would certainly consider renting it again and again!

We had the best week staying here! This was our second year to stay at Evian and our first in this unit. This unit is the BEST! It's a quick 5 minute bike-ride to the beach down a beautiful paved path. We rented bikes and they deliver the day you arrive and pick up after you leave. So easy and convenient! It's also super close to some of the best shopping and dining on the island. It was the most well-equipped vacation location we have ever stayed in! Everything we could have possibly needed and then some were in the kitchen, including a crock pot. It made cooking a breeze. The villa is beautifully furnished and very clean. The photos make it look inviting and it is. We felt so at home and comfortable! Everything possible has been done in this unit to make your stay wonderful. There isn't a thing we would change! The owners have made sure that all your needs are taken care of. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back and stay here again. We would recommend this unit to anyone!

Today is our last day here in Hilton Head and we are sad that we have to leave in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this wondeful villa. Plenty of room, well furnished and maintained, comfortable like at home feel, clean, and everything you need is here. We also absolutely loved how quiet the Evian is. We sat on the porch and enjoyed our evenings, grilled out a couple of times, and rode our bikes to the nearby shops almost daily. There are so many excellent restauruants here, that we ended up eating out a lot more than we normally do. The villa is situated in a perfect location, close to everything, including the pool. The owners are friendly, helpful, and want to make sure that your questions are answered and your stay is excellent. We are already looking at booking this property again.

We enjoyed the beautiful condo for 9 weeks this winter. it is perfect for long or short stays. It has been recently redecorated and is beautifully furnished. The WI/FI, free long distance, and flat screen TV worked well. HHI has great restaurants or the kitchen has everything needed to cook. My favorite room is the balcony overlooking the lovely courtyard. The owners are extremely efficient and easy to work with. We feel at home here (our dogs also) and consider HHI our home in the winter. This is located near the beach, tennis courts, and trails.

My husband and I and our two small dogs stayed in July 2010. The pictures truly do not do this lovely home and its location justice. It is even better in person, and you feel pampered immediately when you enter. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you might need, and the home is perfect for relaxing. The Evian complex is lush with a very private feel. You are steps from the pool, and its a short drive to the beach area. I always seem to get stung by a jellyfish when I go in the ocean at Hilton Head, so I prefer the pool, which was great. Tennis courts are right next to the pool, literally across the street from the house. The location is very easy to get around the island, and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel spoiled and pampered in the height of luxury!

I cant even begin to thank you for the wonderful week we spent at your lovely villa. It means so much to have such a NICE place to come and to have my pups welcomed so readily. My family was SO impressed with our rental! Its SO obvious that you guys love your place and the attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. When we read you had plans to update the villa, we just thought, "Not much more to do!". I hope to come back to Hilton Head soon, and I feel like I'd be disappointed to stay anywhere but your villa. I don't think we once thought, "Wow, we wish we had..." THANK YOU so much for a painless and gracious rental at your beautiful villa. We cant wait to come back!

We have stayed in this villa twice, most recently in June of 2010. We had a fantastic time. It is an excellent location - near the pool, tennis courts, beach, lots of great restaurants and good shopping. We are very anxious to take our children and grandchildren for a visit there. We plan on going back next year. The villa is fully equipped for cooking in which is very handy so you do not have to go out every nite. We took advantage of the internet and it worked perfectly every time. We relaxed, read, golfed, shopped, did the tourist thing, found some great restaurants and spent a lot of time on the beach.

This was our first time staying in Evian/Shipyard Plantation. We LOVED the fact that this unit is pet-friendly as we were able to bring a beloved member of our family, our beagle Tugger. This unit is right around the corner from a very nice, quiet pool and a short walk to a fantastic, family & pet friendly beach! The unit itself is up-to-date, very nicely decorated and well appointed with amenities. Comfortable living and sleeping spaces can accommodate two families easily. A great deck for BBQing and hanging out! The owners were quick with their responses and extremely helpful with any questions we had. They worked with us on when we booked our stay and provided a nice binder with much information about the Hilton Head area. WE HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, fun family & pet vacation! We WILL be coming back!!! - M & K Pollman

we had a wonderful week long visit at this lovely villa in our favorite Evian plantation! Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed the villa... the beautiful tile floor which was cool for them to lay on... the lovely HH beaches where they were allowed to romp before 10am and after 5pm! The folks who own this villa are also pet lovers who made sure that our week long stay was a time to remember! Thanks so much for allowing us to visit your villa and bring our precious Josie & Misti along with us!

We stayed at this lovely Evian unit for a week in February of 2004 and found it to be clean, comfortable and more than adaquately furnished. The location was very good and it was within a reasonable walk to the beach or to Shipyard golf. The unit itself has a very large kitchen , a dining area, a very comfortable living room, two bedrooms and two full baths. A balcony has partial views of a golf hole. The furnishings and overall condition was very good. The owners were very easy to work with and we would highly reccommend renting their unit.
