This beautifully furnished (recently remodeled), Non-Smoking villa is situated in Shipyard Plantation (a gated community). Walk or bike ride to the wonderful white sandy beach!

Take your pooch for a stroll or just take a good book. Cool off in the pool when you return or just sit and enjoy the cool air conditioning or ocean breezes on the outside deck with a view of the golf course. Fully furnished with all the amenities of home, linens are provided as well as all the cooking utensils.

Large pool and free tennis to all our guests. Short drive to many, many restaurants from fresh seafood to authentic Southern cuisine. Many specialty shops to stroll and outlet mall is nearby. Take a dolphin tour or go deep sea fishing. Kayak on Calibouge Sound.

So much to do you won't be able to fit it all into just one week. Previous guests have told us "it is one of the nicest places that we've ever stayed!" Come and visit our Island - you won't want to leave!

  • We stayed at this lovely Evian unit for a week in February of 2004 and found it to be clean, comfortable and more than adaquately furnished. The location was very good and it was within a reasonable walk to the beach or to Shipyard golf. The unit itself has a very large kitchen , a dining area, a very comfortable living room, two bedrooms and two full baths. A balcony has partial views of a golf hole. The furnishings and overall condition was very good. The owners were very easy to work with and we would highly reccommend renting their unit.
