BEAUTIFUL home with all the modern amenities in lovely Ventnor, New Jersey. PERFECT house for a family to enjoy the summer it sits JUST ONE-AND-ONE-HALF BLOCKS to the beach and sand dunes and boardwalk. There are FIVE bedrooms. There are two-and-one-half bathrooms and access to a grill if you so desire. This house has a LARGE PORCH area and second floor DECK to lounge and let the long summer days go by. The kitchen is NEWLY RENOVATED and the living room and dining room are generous in size. Washer and dryer dishwasher included. The house has a new CENTRAL AIR system but all the rooms have CEILING FANS and there is great cross ventilation.

The house is minutes to Atlantic City, Margate, and Ocean City. It is a short ride to Long Beach Island and to Wildwood, Seal Isle City. It is a perfect house for a family but can be use as a summer share. Grocery store, movie theater, dry cleaners, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
This house is perfect for a quick get away, and retreats. We have many groups from the Philadelphia and New York areas from school retreats, guys or girls weekends, etc.

We are not an agency and you are not just another client to us. You are treated like family. I'm personally very involved in the management of the property. It's a nice family home. 1 block to boardwalk and beach. Casinos just minutes away with great shows and restaurants. Golf courses close by.
Beach is just over 1 block away. One of my favorite things to do is walk, run or bike on the boardwalk. You can bike for about 5 miles all the was to Gardner's Basin in Atlantic City.

The worlds best CheeseSteaks period! An AC institution. Anyone has anything bad to say we're coming to blows :-) Worth a visit. I try to go each time I come.
Probably the best Casino in town. Mostly for tables, great restaurants. the first 'Vegas" Style casino. About 10 min. drive from the house or you can take the Jitney.

Thank you Ben for letting us rent your house for a weekend! The house was VERY clean, bright, sunny and stocked with every thing that everyone needed. The downstairs apartment was a total bonus. Having TVs in each bedroom allowed people to get away when needed! We also brought our Wii and hooked it up to the big TV in the living room. The kitchen and eating area were very open and easily accomodated 11 people! We would consider this property again if we were in AC. You were extremely accomodating and responded promptly to any email or phone call. Thanks again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. It's closer to Atlantic City than I thought - we walked the boardwalk a few times to get there. My daughter & I very much enjoyed early morning runs and bike rides on the boardwalk which is less than a five minute walk away from Greenleaf. (It is 1.62 mi to the south end of the boardwalk from Vassar Square) so it is a perfect 5K distance. The house was very clean with plenty of linens, dishes, cookware - very comfortable. The bedrooms were all very comfortable - never had a bad nights sleep. We had 13 people in our group and never ran out of hot water or water pressure - even with 2 showers going at the same time. Loved wave riding on the beach - the lifeguards were very helpful (cute too!!). My husband enjoyed Sophie's every morning for coffee and the paper (rest on the boardwalk in the Vassar Sq. condos). We would definately recommend Greenleaf to friends/relatives - we had a great vacation!

We were 6 adults with 5 teenagers and all of us had a great time at Ventnor City. We appreciated the house. Beautiful, big, cleaned, good decoration, every thing we need and particularly with is old spirit. Ventnor’s beach is beautiful and a short bloc to the house and we have to take advantage of the beach every day. Everything went well in your town. We appreciated to be near the Atlantic Outlet at less than 3 KLM. We recommend this house. Thank you Ben.

First off... let me start by saying, that the pictures of this place do not do it justice at all... it is much nicer and bigger than I had expected..this place was awsome... you are next to the beach, next to the market, casinos.. you name it.. its right there. This truely was a home away from home for us.. 12 adults went to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday, and we had a blast..the rooms were spacious, and you felt right at home.in the garage is all kinds of stuff that you can use for the beach..ect. small back yard, but we only needed it to cook on the great grill anyways... this place was awsome.. and I never write reviews, but Ben you Rock! We will be coming back.. thank you!

The family and I spent a week in Ventnor and had a great time. We had a long drive from Michigan and it was great to have a place so well organized. The owner has thought of everything - from bikes to ride to bath robes in every room. The location is great, you are just a couple of minutes from the beach and within site of Atlantic City. The neighborhood was quiet and clean - there were convenient stores within walking distance. Lots to do and see in the area - we definitely recommend this property. Thanks for everything.

My family and I rented Ben's house for a week, and we had a wonderful time. The house was well stocked and even more beautiful than the pictures we saw online. Ben had thought of absolutely everything that we might have needed or forgotten, and since we drove a long way to get there, it was sure appreciated. Lucky for us, he allows dogs. We have two and they always travel with us. We all felt right at home, and we are already talking about a return visit next year. Thank you Ben for being such a great host, Mary Ontario, Canada

We (a father and five kids aged 9-19) had a great time at this house. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. The kids were in heaven with tvs in every room and Wifi. The place was very tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable, everything clean and organized. The owner is the best I could imagine ever finding to deal with. The 3 bicycles were of excellent quality for riding on the boardwalk. Really nothing left out for a perfect week.

We rented this house for my husband's birthday and brought friends and family down with us. The house was excellent and accomodated the 14 of us perfectly. The owner was great to work with and we had a excellent experience. The house is about two blocks from the beach and a very short drive to the casinos. I would recommend this house for a great vacation.

We did a guys weekend for some AC fun. The jitney bus run 24 hours to AC and was a block away. We felt the neighborhood was safe and convient to stores and food. The house was real nice and the porch was perfect to hang out on. The beach was an easy walk and was nice during this time of year. Ben was easy to work with and refunded are security deposit promptly. Could not ask for more. thanks
