This is the place to stay! Perfect all around. House is clean and large with plenty of room. I went with a small group of guys (30's - 40's) for a weekend trip, and with it being minutes from the Boardwalk (5 min ride), it was a great location. I was told that AC had some shady sections, but the neighborhood this house is in is very quiet. Working with the owner Ben was also a pleasure. Every email was quickly returned, and he was very helpful with setting up my stay. I checked out on a Sunday, and my deposit check was in my hand on that Tuesday!! I would highly recommend this property to my friends (already have) and will hopefully be returning soon for another round at AC.

The house was great- immaculately kept and very roomy. The location of the house is very convenient, just 5 minutes from the casinos. Ben could not have been easier to do business with. Ben is very accommodating and willing to work with his customers to ensure they have the best time possible! Very much enjoyed our stay. It's closer to Atlantic City than I thought - we walked the boardwalk a few times to get there. My daughter & I very much enjoyed early morning runs and bike rides on the boardwalk which is less than a five minute walk away from Greenleaf. (It is 1.62 mi to the south end of the boardwalk from Vassar Square) so it is a perfect 5K distance. The house was very clean with plenty of linens, dishes, cookware - very comfortable. The bedrooms were all very comfortable - never had a bad nights sleep. We had 13 people in our group and never ran out of hot water or water pressure - even with 2 showers going at the same time. Loved wave riding on the beach - the lifeguards were very helpful (cute too!!). My husband enjoyed Sophie's every morning for coffee and the paper (rest on the boardwalk in the Vassar Sq. condos). We would definately recommend Greenleaf to friends/relatives - we had a great vacation!

We were 6 adults with 5 teenagers and all of us had a great time at Ventnor City. We appreciated the house. Beautiful, big, cleaned, good decoration, every thing we need and particularly with is old spirit. Ventnor’s beach is beautiful and a short bloc to the house and we have to take advantage of the beach every day. Everything went well in your town. We appreciated to be near the Atlantic Outlet at less than 3 KLM. We recommend this house. Thank you Ben.

First off... let me start by saying, that the pictures of this place do not do it justice at all... it is much nicer and bigger than I had expected..this place was awsome... you are next to the beach, next to the market, casinos.. you name it.. its right there. This truely was a home away from home for us.. 12 adults went to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday, and we had a blast..the rooms were spacious, and you felt right at home.in the garage is all kinds of stuff that you can use for the beach..ect. small back yard, but we only needed it to cook on the great grill anyways... this place was awsome.. and I never write reviews, but Ben you Rock! We will be coming back.. thank you!

Vacation 2011

The family and I spent a week in Ventnor and had a great time. We had a long drive from Michigan and it was great to have a place so well organized. The owner has thought of everything - from bikes to ride to bath robes in every room. The location is great, you are just a couple of minutes from the beach and within site of Atlantic City. The neighborhood was quiet and clean - there were convenient stores within walking distance. Lots to do and see in the area - we definitely recommend this property. Thanks for everything.

My family and I rented Ben's house for a week, and we had a wonderful time. The house was well stocked and even more beautiful than the pictures we saw online. Ben had thought of absolutely everything that we might have needed or forgotten, and since we drove a long way to get there, it was sure appreciated. Lucky for us, he allows dogs. We have two and they always travel with us. We all felt right at home, and we are already talking about a return visit next year. Thank you Ben for being such a great host, Mary Ontario, Canada

We (a father and five kids aged 9-19) had a great time at this house. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. The kids were in heaven with tvs in every room and Wifi. The place was very tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable, everything clean and organized. The owner is the best I could imagine ever finding to deal with. The 3 bicycles were of excellent quality for riding on the boardwalk. Really nothing left out for a perfect week.

Birthday Weekend - Fabulous House

We rented this house for my husband's birthday and brought friends and family down with us. The house was excellent and accomodated the 14 of us perfectly. The owner was great to work with and we had a excellent experience. The house is about two blocks from the beach and a very short drive to the casinos. I would recommend this house for a great vacation.

Excellent September Getaway

We did a guys weekend for some AC fun. The jitney bus run 24 hours to AC and was a block away. We felt the neighborhood was safe and convient to stores and food. The house was real nice and the porch was perfect to hang out on. The beach was an easy walk and was nice during this time of year. Ben was easy to work with and refunded are security deposit promptly. Could not ask for more. thanks

Ben, Thank you for allowing us to rent your property in Ventnor this past weekend. The house was perfect; the location to the beach and the casinos was great as well. Thank you Ben for letting us rent your house for a weekend! The house was VERY clean, bright, sunny and stocked with every thing that everyone needed. The downstairs apartment was a total bonus. Having TVs in each bedroom allowed people to get away when needed! We also brought our Wii and hooked it up to the big TV in the living room. The kitchen and eating area were very open and easily accomodated 11 people! We would consider this property again if we were in AC. You were extremely accomodating and responded promptly to any email or phone call. Thanks again!

While everyone is somewhat hesitant to secure a rental property online, I can assure you that the Greenleaf House is exactly as it is portrayed in photos. My two sons and their families, along with me and my significant other spent a fantastic week together at the Jersey Shore. One son and his family live in London and the other in Chicago, while we reside in a suburb of Detroit so this gathering of the clan was long anticipated and expectations for perfection were high. Everything was wonderful--including the weather, which the owner promised me he would work on before our arrival! To see my "Chicago" son and his wife and three children meet the newest member of our family--The London son and his wife's new baby--was indeed a fantastic experience. The layout of the house and the furnishings were well thought out--plenty of dresser drawers and sufficient closet space for all of us. The supply of beach towels was more than sufficient and the beach toys, bikes, and cart in which to transport everything to the beach were an added bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and the use of two washers and dryers (on the first level and in the basement apartment) was terrific. Ventnor's beach is beautiful and the short block to the boardwalk and beach was made by us several times a day. Margate is just a few minutes drive away and there are some nice restaurants to be found there. Also, the casinos of Atlantic City are a ten minute walk down the boardwalk or a short car ride away and there are some excellent restaurants in the casinos, along with a chance to win some money! Ocean City's boardwalk and amusement rides kept my grandchildren happily entertained, as did the rides at the Steel Pier in Atlantic City. The mall near the Pier provided a chance to cool off while browsing the shops. The owner was attentive to our needs and questions both before our arrival and during our stay. The property was very well-maintained and immaculate. We would highly recommend the Greenleaf House as a superior rental property in the area.

Just returned from Ben's shore house on July 6, 2009. It was wonderful, clean, and close to the beach. The house has all amenities and it is very spacious. Loved the sunporch. It was just a short drive to Ocean City. Very convenient. Jitney is just around the corner. Thanks Ben for a wonderful week. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back!!!

We rented this house with 3 other couples and had a great time. The location is great- a block from the beach, which even in the fall/winter is so nice and great for walks. The neighborhood was really quiet and nice and a 5 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the casinos (if you want that) Everything in this house was tastefully done- we didnt have to fight or pick straws over which bedrooms each of us wanted to pick as each one had its own charm and ocmforts- all the beds were comfortable with flat panel TVs conveniently places, the bathrooms nice and clean and the house just welcoming. A great place for groups. On top of the house being great, Ben was so wonderful and friendly to deal with. Any questions we had were always answered quickly and politely and he was a pleasure to deal with. We really had a good time at this house and would recommend it as a getwaway to anyway. Ben was extremely accomodating and easy to contact. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need for a trip to the beach. This place is great!! Ben, the owner, is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. Simply put, it’s a big clean house in a nice neighborhood. I recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay in the AC. This time I came here with a group of college friends, but I’ll be back with my family next summer. The location was convenient for transportation. All the rooms had flat screens. Close to the beach and casinos. Can’t get any better!!

Our summer vacation rental was definitely our home away from home. We simply loved it. My family felt extremely comfortable and thought of it as home. We had everything we could possibly desire from a stocked modern kitchen, a flat screen TV in almost every room of the house, plenty of bedrooms with all of the linens which made our rooms quite cozy, modern bathrooms with lots of towels, and a garage filled with everything we could possibly need for the beach. I must say that we found our home to be extremely clean and easy to care for. The laundry room was at the bottom of the stairway off of the living room leading up to the bedrooms, so it was so easy when we needed to use it. The air conditioning was perfect and we always felt comfortable. When we arrived we very quickly learned that we had plenty of essentials for us to use until we were able to stock up at the store. Beach badges were on the desk along with a welcome book and helpful instructions were on the refrigerator. Our home was very convenient. There was plenty of shopping and we merely walked one block to the beach and about two blocks to the jitney stop that would take us into Atlantic City. My family really misses our vacation in Ventnor, but we especially miss our summer home.

Our family stayed at your house to celebrate my birthday last weekend. We had the most wonderful time. We truly loved the house. It was cozy, homey and roomy. Everything we needed was right there for us. There was nothing missing from the wine glasses to the sweet 'n low. We could tell that a lot of care has gone into making sure your guests have everything they will need to enjoy their stay. And the location was just as wonderful. A block from the beach and a short cab ride to the casinos. We are looking forward to returning.

What a wonderful spot for our family to get together. We enjoyed the naturalness of the surroundings, the walks, moon over the ocean and pounding waves.The cousins had a wonderful time at the beach, collecting shells and playing ball. We can hardly wait to come back next year. We haven't seen any other place like it.

I just stayed at the house with family and friends for new years and we had a blast. Ben was the best, he was so approachable and he went out of his way to put my mind at ease. The house is lovely and the rooms are clean with large comfy beds. There are also alot of stores and activities close by. Anyone that stays there will definetly not be dissapointed.
