We left Summerchase #606 property this morning after spending a wonderful week. The easy boardwalk to the beach, the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, ping pong table, the three bedrooms each w/ flat screens and DVD players, the well stocked kitchen, and nice furnishings throughout all add up to a relaxing and fun week with the GRAND kids. GREAT property…SUPER view, convenient to shopping! We will definitely be back next year.

This condo was very clean and well maintained. It was the second time that we have stayed here. I would suggest this condo to everyone who likes to stay directly on the beach and be close to restaurants and stores. We plan on coming back next year.

We've vacationed in Orange Beach for several years and this was definitely one of our best! We loved how close the condominium is to the ocean-a very short walk hauling beach necessities is a major plus! The unit was clean and we greatly enjoyed having flatscreen TV's in every room. We look forward to vacationing here again soon!

Family Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Orange Beach and we loved it. The condo is beautiful! The whole complex was very nice, the outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis courts and ping pong table all were a big hit for my whole family. Robert is very nice and easy to deal with. Great Place To Relax

We stayed at this condo during spring break - 3/15/11 for a week. We have vacationed in this area many times before and this was one of our better rental condo opportunities. The owners were very easy to work with, thorough with their advertisements and friendly to deal with. The condo unit was very clean, freshly painted, and very attractive. The condo is right on the ocean and provides a beautiful view and access to the ocean. The condo association has a indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and a children's play pool. Everything we needed for our vacation was provided by the owner. We would definitely recommend this unit to other friends. There are plenty of activities, restaurants, and recreation opportunites for all. We even para sailed!! Great experience.

The condo was well funished and was just as the pictures show other than new furniture on the balcony that was great. This was the best condo I have ever stayed at for the price. I will be renting again.

We have enjoyed our stays at your condo. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for about 8 years. This is the only condo we stayed in more than once. The pools and hot tub are great and the beach is easliy reached. The condo itself was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. Having access to the internet was a nice bonus. Robert, We stayed at your condo and it was wonderful. We could sit on the couch and watch the dolphins swimming and also saw a stingray early one morning. It was a beautiful view and great weather. We recently stayed at your condo in Gulf Shores and were thoroughly pleased with our accommodations. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a very well-stocked kitchen. Robert, Wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very nice. This is the cleanest place we have stayed at so far. The grilling area was extremely nice and the exercise room was great. Thank you for sharing this with us. Grandkids had lots of fun with the ping pong table and we adults enjoyed the hot tub tremendously. We had a great time!

Our family rented a total of four condos in this complex and this unit (606) was by far the nicest. It is modern, clean and well furnished with flat screen TVs in every room and nice furniture throughout. We plan on renting it again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Summerchase, we swam in the very clean pool, played tennis, and hung out on the beach. It was nice not having complexes on either side it felt very private. The wireless internet was great for our family. The big tub in the master bathroom was a favorite! We also enjoyed the grills. We hope to stay again.

This is the best condo we have stayed in. We loved the master bedroom with the walk-in closet. The master bath was a favorite. The view from the condo is outstanding. We loved the coastguard helicopter fly-bye. The wi-fi was a must as contact with our son last year was only by internet. We will alway use this condo in the future when available. We highly recommend this condo. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for about 4 years, usually twice a year and this is the first condo we are interested in returning to. The complex is clean and well-kept, pools are kid friendly and the walk to the beach is easily assessable and very short. The condo itself was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. The furnishing are so well kept they look new. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay 7 days instead of 4. Thanks so much Robert, we will definitely be back.

Robert, I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you what a nice condo that you have. Everything was in perfect working condition. The linens,towels and blankets were top grade. We like to cook in and I had all the utensils that I needed. Once agian thanks for an enjoyable stay. Tim Barrett
