Only a mile away from the fabulous Gallery Golf Course, the new 36 hole golf course which is the new home for the PGA's World Championship Accenture Match Play, with the top 64 players in the world.
The majestic backyard views look out onto a golf green, as well as the mountains and city lights, while facing to the East.
This two bedroom, two bath home also has room for additional guests. The large master has a king-size bed, a marble bathroom with dual sinks and large closets. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed located next to the additional bathroom.
This home is entirely decorated in fabulous Southwest motif. It has surround sound, a large TV, a TVs in each bedroom, five ceiling fans, an all stainless steel kitchen with hickory cabinets.
You will enjoy the wonderful walking paths surrounded by cactus, flowers, and many varieties of wildlife including; bunny rabbits, bobcats, javelina, roadrunners, robins, quail and many more desert creatures.
Our weather in Tucson is warm in the summer, but because of the 2700 foot elevation, it cools in the evening, while the winters are sunny and warm but may drop down to the low 40 degrees once in a while, so bring warm clothing. The summers may be wet with occasional "monsoons" leaving brilliant flowers throughout our desert, probably the most incredible views I have ever experienced. That leaves fall which is delightful and usually more quiet and less expensive at all our golf courses.
No matter what time of the year it is, our home in Marana, Arizona has plenty of unique experiences and sights to see for everyone. Come to the Southwest!
