THIS CONDO IS TRULY BETTER THEN ANY HOTEL.
Beautifully decorated and remodeled in Fall 2006. This is a 1300 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom, non smoking ,no pets condo.
This condominium has to be seen to truly be appreciated. It has just been furnished with everything new and top of the line. It also has a gorgeous brand new kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. The kitchen, eating area and living room all look out onto a large, private, partially covered walkout patio, overlooking green space area with mature trees.

Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a SELECT comfort mattress (these are sleep number beds so you and your partner can choose your own comfort level on each side) and television in beautiful armoire, furniture is Robb and Stuckey. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed with select comfort mattress and is tastefully decorated.
All rooms have ceiling fans and there is heating and central air throughout. New wood shutters for window coverings were installed in November 2006. New washer and dryer in condo's own laundry room. There is a double detached garage just step's away from unit, but tenant will have use for only one smaller space for vehicle. Outside overnight parking is available a short convenient walking distance away from this condominium. There is an overnight parking pass which can be obtained, for a maximum of 2 weeks.
Condo is on the ground floor level, but it has 4 steps going down to condo, due to a slight grade up to condo.
All utensils, small appliances, linens etc. is included , everything your own home would have. There will be right-handed golf clubs available in unit and the complex has a putting green just a few yards away.
