Tenants can obtain a use card for the amenities for $125 each-good for 3 months. Glendale, Arizona-site of the 2008 Super Bowl, is less than an hour's drive away.

My husband and I stayed at this property for January thru March in 2009 and 2010.. The property is in excellent condition and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The home is located in a nice quiet location in a very friendly neighborhood. The owner is a pleasure to do deal with and goes out of his way to answer your questions or any problems that may come up. Sun City Grand has 4 championship golf courses, fitness centers, swimming pools and activities for everyone. We liked it so much that we purchased a home during our last stay and recommended this property to a relative so much that they are renting it next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
