This home has been furnished tastefully in a traditional Mediterranean décor-leather couches, calm bedrooms, and peaceful paintings. The master bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in closet. Open floor plan with the kitchen flowing into the dining and living areas-with a counter between. There is a comfortable computer-ready den/office.
There is an enclosed patio with desert views of the neighborhood beyond, with BBQ and patio table and chairs. Plenty to do at Sun City Grand: tennis, several swimming pools, art classes, first class restaurants, not to mention the four top notch golf courses within Sun City Grand with a reduced fee for residents. Tenants can obtain a use card for the amenities for $125 each-good for 3 months. Glendale, Arizona-site of the 2008 Super Bowl, is less than an hour's drive away.

My husband and I stayed at this property for January thru March in 2009 and 2010.. The property is in excellent condition and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The home is located in a nice quiet location in a very friendly neighborhood. The owner is a pleasure to do deal with and goes out of his way to answer your questions or any problems that may come up. Sun City Grand has 4 championship golf courses, fitness centers, swimming pools and activities for everyone. We liked it so much that we purchased a home during our last stay and recommended this property to a relative so much that they are renting it next year.Recommended for: Age 55+.
