This beautifully furnished five bedroom home has all queen size beds and a TV and DVD player in each room. The master bedroom has a private full bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious with large granite counter tops. In the living area sits a big screen TV and plush seating. There is also surround sound and a gas fireplace to take off the chill at the end of the day.
A few of the other amenities include a wet bar, game room with air hockey, foosball, darts and shuffleboard. The hot tub on the back patio is everyone's favorite especially after a busy day. Also in the fenced in back yard is a patio set and a large gas grill.

Good Size for Large Group, Some issues with HVAC - Poor Lack of Response/Action from Owners

GOOD: This is great place for a large group of people. We celebrated my parents anniversary with 9 adults and 2 small children. The bedrooms were decent, however some mattresses were uncomfortable and probably need to be replaced. The kitchen layout was great because everyone was accomodated and meals were easily prepared in the large space. It was furnished with plates, utensils and dishwasher so clean-up was really easy. The living room had surround sound built into the walls which was a nice added touch (however, be prepared to scratch your head a bit if you're not tech-savvy). The Big Screen projection TV was replaced with a flat screen TV atop the gas fireplace. The driveway holds about 4 cars which was nice and the hot tub was also a great thing to have as well. NOT SO GOOD: If you have young children, don't be fooled by the "fenced in back yard". This IS NOT the case. There is only one side of the yard fenced in. The rest is edged by trees. There is no Gate either - it is just "open" which i thought was weird. The listing referenced a game room which was actually nice to have - however, there was absolutely zero ventilation in there so we coundn't enjoy it at all without sweating profusely. The first night we checked in the central air was working just fine. The second night - not so much. Something went wrong and therefore stopped functioning. A few things were concerning to me. One of the air return vents had been enveloped with a thick layer of dust which tells me it had not been cleaned and maybe the filter needed replacing??? What really set me over the edge was the fact that we had contacted the owners (Jason/Amie) the next morning at 8:25am. One of three numbers we tried - no one had answered. We also tried leaving a message but it said "mailbox was full". We were finally able to leave a message on the 2nd number and I did not get response back until 6 hours later. I explained the situation and was told "we may not be able to find someone who can fix that this late in the day on a Saturday...we will see what we can do..." - nothing was done and we never heard back from the owners. I even called them again to inquire about finding any Fans in the house but again no response back which i thought was inconsiderate since we had paid a lot of money to stay in a place with central air! You have a lot of choices in the White Mountain area so defintely shop around. These owners are not local so that is one thing to take into consideration.

I recently rented this house for a special trip to North Conway for my family and me. We were 5 adults and 3 children. This house was more than we had expected. It had everything we needed and more. THe kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we required to cook our scrumptious thanksgiving dinner. Even extras such as spices, salt and pepper were all provided. The layout of the house was great, all of the 5 bedrooms are a good size with lots of space. The boys loved the gamesroom and the hot tub was wonderful. Dealing with Jason and Amie was a pleasure and they never made me feel like I was annoying them. When we arrived I had some questions regarding the heating and a few other small things but there was no problem in calling Jason he was extremely helpful. Given that we are Europeans and that heating systems can be quiet different to Europe I wasn't made feel bad for calling with questions. I would highly recommend this property - we are already planning to return in the future.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
