Our Ft. Myers condo is close to golf courses and beaches and has all the comforts of home. This is a terrific location for a well-rounded vacation of beachcombing, shelling, golfing, sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Centrally located, within 3 miles to the bridges connecting the resort islands of Sanibel and Captiva and the bridge to Ft. Myers Beach. Dozens of restaurants, stores, golf courses and attractions within 15 minutes drive. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with all the comforts of home. Free Wifi! The sliding glass doors from both living room and master bedroom open onto a private screened lanai overlooking a large pond with fountain. The 20X40 heated swimming pool, tennis court, hot tub, and shuffle board are right across from the condo. It is an easy to drive to to all the baseball stadiums where the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox, Roy Hobbs, and college baseball and softball tournaments are held. Our weekly rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday during season however we can be very flexible and work with you if your vacation is between May 15th and Dec. 22nd.

This condo is very comfortable with great amenties. The new sofa/loveseat were great and having wireless internet access was wonderful! It has all the comforts of home. The condo is very well kept, clean and in good condition. Close to everything and convenient. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

booked rental for march 2nd for week.. flew son in to Fort Myers on Sunday for spring training baseball.. Saw Rays and Red Sox on Monday and the PR national team on Tuesday.. Golf on Sunday Tuesday And Wednesday.. Fort Myers is a great city. We were very pleased with the unit. Very complete and efficient.. We have stayed all over the U.S. in our travels.. Good value, good representation from conscientious owner.. You want value this renter and rental good value.. Unit/ complex located in good area and easy access to everything.. This condo was amazing! It was just like home. It had everything we needed. We felt that the owner put her heart into this condo. Everything was just like home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were enough space for our family. The location was close to everything. We certainly enjoyed Fort Myers Beach. The weather was just wonderful. We enjoyed the great restaurants and the convience of shooping. The condo grounds were manicured and very inviting. The owner was great, we kept in contact before we got there. I would highly recommended this property to anyone and would also return. GREAT Place!Owner response: Thank you for noticing how much I care for the condo and how much I care that you and your family enjoy your vacation. There are so many condos to choose from now and some owners just don't care about the condition of their unit. They feel it is only a "rental" and renters don't appreciate it. Well I have found that not true and I have many repeat guests because we are continuously upgrading. This is a great place to stay for your Florida vacation! This condo is close to so many great attractions that southern Florida has to offer. Whether you are a beach/pool lover or a sports fan it is here. It is convenient to all the things that will make you want to return again & again to this well equipped, clean and comfortable vacation condo. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.Owner response: I'm glad you had a good time and enjoyed the condo and all the amenities we offer. As you found out the location is perfect. I was lucky that I had a chance to meet you between your trips to Sanibel/Capitiva, Ft. Myers Beach, Hammond Stadium for a Twins game, shopping at the outlet mall and Coconut Point and I think you even mentioned you visited an aunt that lived in Ft. Myers. I have a lot of guests who have family in the area and instead of "bunking" with them while on vacation have stayed at our condo and it has worked out well for everyone. I highly recommend renting this unit. We had a great time. We were close to beach which is perfect for us. Condo was VERY clean. Lori is very nice to deal with. People at the pool were very friendly. We would definitely come back again. I will recommend to friends looking for a place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have stayed in this condo two years in a row and it is wonderful. The place is very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is in good shape. The pool is right across the parking lot with a nice hot tub. The beach is 20 minutes away. We will stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We love repeat vacationers and always try to surprise them with upgrades each year. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. I was clean, comfortable and well prepared. Nice view at the pond. Even Christmas decorations were present, which made us feeling home. Perfect location, on very close distance (just cross the street) a nice pool and hot tub. Close to shops, beaches and many other interesting things to do. Nice personal contact with the owner; we can recommend it to everyone considering a stay in Fort Myers area.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is a great condo - very well kept, clean and very convenient to everything in Fort Myers. We have rented the same unit for the past few years and have loved it every time! The owner is very helpful and always available if you have questions. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to rent a condo in Fort Myers!Recommended for: Age 55+.

My friends and I rented this condo two years in a row and plan to do so again next year. Its very clean and comfortable; everything in the condo is in good working condition! Its centrally located to a variety of restaurants, good shopping, golf courses and the beach. Its also easy access for a day to Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island, Naples and other great excursions. We were very pleased with everything... Lori communicated well via Email before we left and everything we needed was in the condo as promised. Very convenient location and the kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and shuffle board. Would definitely consider renting here again... thanks!Recommended for: Families with young children.
