Why the Owner Chose Ventana Canyon
We love the area/ When my wife and began looking for investments, we immediately fell in love with this condo at the Canyon View at Ventana. We've lived within a mile or two of here since 1990, and I grew up in the nearby Canada del Oro. Now, on behalf of a small number of select clients, I specialize in buying and selling residential and income properties in Tucson's north and central areas. I also manage our 14 apartments in the lovely old West University neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Most of our guests know the area, but we're ready to recommend a restaurant or jaunt.

We appreciated the use of the condo. The view was fantastic. I didn't expect it to be so quiet, but nice. Love Tucson and love Arizona. Do plan to come back in the near future. Best Wishes, the Paglias.

Thank you for letting us share this place. We loved the views! Dan got some amazing lightning shots off the patio -- he'll email them to you. What an amazing location -- right next to natural, unblemished Sonoran desert. We walked every day. Our daughter loved the pool. Very relaxing week. Thanks again.

Your condo is great, the best accommodations we've had in Tucson during our many stays. Thanks for the monsoon storm last night. It was tough to take pictures with the storm practically over our heads. I got a couple of lightning shots, but not as great as I hoped (my fault, your balcony was perfect). Taking lightning pictures involves a lot of luck. I got one great bolt, but it was closer than I expected and I had the camera focused farther. Oh well. I got some great reptile pictures on the Ventana trail. I plan to send you a CD of the better pictures I captured (even the out of focus lightning, just to show how great your balcony view can be. Although, one picture of distant lightning I took from your balcony turned out very good. You will be our first contact on our next trip to Tucson to see if your condo is available. This will always be our first choice from now on.

This has been a magical month. We cannot get enough of the stunning balcony views, complete with curtains of sleet and rainbows early on, and the rosy sunsets night after night (plus that spectacular eclipse!). The condo's clever design and sophisticated decor, too, have been a continuing source of pleasure.

We have really enjoyed our two weeks in Tucson and in this condo. We hiked, golfed and ate at a number of great restaurants. It was wonderful to return to this very comfortable home at the end of each day.

We've thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and beauty of this place and surroundings. We cannot imagine another condo with a better view of the valley and foothills. Proximity to Ventana trailhead made access to spectacular hiking trails an easy walk. The unexpected lightning and hailstorm followed today with a dusting of snow on the Catalinas created excitement and beauty. The fireplace was a welcome amenity.

It was a wonderful week with friends and family. We celebrated Maggie's 5th birthday, visited the Desert Museum, hiked Sabino Canyon (could only go as far as #7 due to wash-outs), hiked up the Ventana Canyon beginning at the trail head. Dined at El Minuto Downtown, P.F. Chang's and Takamatsu on Speedway where they put on a show cooking at the table. We were pleased with the updated, clean condo and used the pool. We loved the location and the views, and will look forward to coming back.
