Charming, three bedroom, two full bath, lake home with gorgeous view of Lake San Antonio. Just minutes from boat launch at either San Antonio or Lake Nacimiento! This home is located on 6 private acre's w/ a 450 square foot deck. Awesome lake/valley/night sky viewing. Home is 3 years new w/ new all new furniture/appliances purchased 1 year ago.
Great kitchen with island and gas stove! Two bedrooms with King sized beds and two bunks in kids room. Master bath has large soaking tub. Large screen TV with satellite and DVD player. Indoor and outdoor speakers to enjoy your favorite music while you grill on an outdoor barbecue. Enjoy a nice meal while enjoying the beautiful lake view next to a great outdoor firepit w/ wood provided.
This home is by far the best value on the lakes. Older though similar rental home's at Lake Nacimiento or San Antonio are $2,200 for a week w/ none of the ammenities offered such as Large TV/ Indoor outdoor music system/ free nation wide calling/ large deck and both indoor and outdoor games.
