Two bedroom, two bath, Waterfront Unit. Newly decorated first floor unit, sleeps four, is conveniently located on the Intracoastal Waterway at River Oaks Golf & Tennis Plantation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Just minutes from the airport, the beach, shopping, dining and entertainment.

The community is gated for privacy and security . This end unit on the first floor allows easy access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, barbeque area, and lighted boardwalk along the Intracoastal Waterway. This immaculate and newly decorated unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, two televisions with cable and a DVD player for watching your favorite movies. The living room is adjoined by a screened porch where you can sit and enjoy the boats passing by on the Intracoastal, or watch your children play in a grassy area just outside the unit.

Linens are provided for your convenience, or you can bring your own. Myrtle Beach features endless activities for family members of all ages and interests. Whether it's golfing, boating, beaching, shopping, dining, or seeing a show, Myrtle Beach has it all.

  • While we only stayed 3 days, the condo was excellent=close to the beach and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The interior of the condo was clean, nicely decorated and it was like a "home" away from home. Our stay was relaxing and we would definitely stay there again.

  • My family and I had a great time. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The porch looked out to the waterway and it was great to sit and watch the boats go up and down the waterway. If we get back to Myrtle Beach again, Jane's place is where we would stay. It was a great location in the complex and away from all of the activity but close to the outdoor pool. It was great!

  • My family had a wonderful time when they came to visit me in Myrtle Beach, starting with the great accomodations. We were all impressed with the location(right on the Intracoastal Waterway) and with the cleanliness,decor and spaciousness of the condo. The kitchen was well equipped, up to date and met my family's needs. The outdoor areas, including the pools were clean and well maintained. Jane was a pleasure to work with, making every step of the rental process easy. My family is sure to return!!!

  • Can't say enough. My sister and I have planned for years to have a "girlfriend" weekend when our daughters were grown. Well the time finally came and we spent it in Jane's condo. PERFECT TRIP!! The condo is in a great location, close in but away from all the craziness when you need the quiet. VERY CLEAN. Felt very safe due to the gated community. Would we do it again??? You betcha'!!!! THANKS A MILLION JANE

  • My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved the view of the waterway. Jane was a great hostess. The keys came in plenty of time and the refund deposit was exceptionally fast. I would definetly stay at this unit again.

  • My family really enjoyed our vacation to Myrtle Beach. This condo was wonderful...away from all the crowds, but close to everything. It was well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and ammenities this condo had to offer. Jane was very informative and helpfully through the rental process. She followed through very quickly with the keys and the refund of the deposit. I would highly recommend this unit. I plan on using it again in the future! Thanks again...Jane It was great!   • This condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was clean and spacious! Nicely decorated! The location was perfect - close to all attractions but it was quiet with good security! Jane was great to work with on the rental arrangements. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this condo again if we are ever returning to Myrtle Beach.
