Master bedroom with waterfront deck, fireplace stove and master bath with whirlpool, bidet and heated floor! Oversized ''playroom'' with ping-pong table, eliptical trainer and office area, a cozy library and walk-in closets. Out door "Cape Cod" shower.

Summer rates are 1 week Sat-Sat rentals only. 6,500 per week.
Shoulder season rates per week: $3,500 - $6.000.
Off season rates per week: $2,500 - $3,500
Off season daily rate: $375/night (Based on 2 people. 3 night min.)
Off season extra person daily rate: $50/day.
Shoulder & off season holiday rates are higher. Please inquire.
