This condo is simply beautiful. Very very clean! Jim and Sheri were great to rent from. The view from the 21st floor was awesome. We will definitely be back to this condo. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home away from home.

Our stay was lovely! Great location that was super close to the action on the strip but just far enough away to allow us to enjoy our vacation without all the chaos of young, partying "Spring Breakers". This condo is positioned on the 21st floor of the building offering an amazing view of the beach! The condo was extremely tidy and was stocked with everyhting we needed! The staff of the resort (that we encountered) were also extremely friendly. Did I mention that the beach club, Schooner's, is right next door? This enables you quick access to a great "beachside" lunch expereince. One of my favorite places to dine is Scampy's and it's on the other side of the resort. :-) I can't say enough about how we enjoyed the location of this condo. I also must say that the owners of the condo were extremely thorough in their communication to me about our rental. As I had questions along the way, the owners were always only an email away. They also provided me with their phone number should I have needed anything during our stay. Being a bit OCD, myself, I very much appreciated the level of engagement I received from the owners. I have only positive things to say about this location. If you are intersted in a wonderful location to relax for a few days, you must consider Seyshelle's #2107! You will not be disapppointed!!!

My wife and I went down for an extended weekend/ Anniversary trip and we could have asked for nothing more. Jim and Sheri were so accomodating and easy to deal with with quick responses to questions and booking. The condo was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated and the view from the 21st floor was amazing. An added touch provided by Jim and Sheri that was away from the norm and greatly appreciated was that everything you could possibly need or could have forgotten to bring was provided by them right down to hand soaps, beach towels, coffee filters, you name it, it was all there. Thanks for the wonderful weekend and we would definately recommend and stay here again.

Winter in Panama City Beach is laid back, and snowbirds have a chance to chat and share stories. The unit was spotless, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated. The owners are wonderful hosts, who go out of their way to accommodate their guests. PCB is a walker's delight in winter. A beach walk in St. Andrew's State Park on a cool winter morning couldn't be more peaceful. Often the walks are shared only by pelicans, great blue herons, egrets, and deer. The new Panama City Beach Conservation Park has many new well-marked trails of various lengths, from 0.5 to 9.0 miles. This winter the beach was replenished with tons and tons of white sand pumped in from the Gulf, raising the level of the beach and extending it significantly. In addition, several new sidewalk and road projects were completed near the condo, and around town, to make getting places much easier. I especially enjoyed Red Rose Pizzaria, Reggae J's, Schooners, and Pineapple Willies, and can't wait to return to Seychelles 2107 again.

We left Seychelles with a heavy heart ~ because we didn't want to leave!! My husband and I had a most wonderful time in your unit. The view was breathtaking - we saw dolphins, stingrays and one shark!! A word to the wise- just know at sun-down the restaurant next door fires a cannon every day! It scared the hooey out of us the first night!. We ate at Sharkey's (the best), Pier Park- Reggie' J's- best gumbo, Triple J's- crabcakes to die for, Sunnyside Grille in Sunnyside - best diner/hamburger! We read on the balcony, we shopped and I was able to come home with clean clothes!!! It was such a peaceful and clean, clean, clean place. The only con- didn't have a good experience with Howie's Pizza on the last night. but hey, that was the only downside.... Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

My wife and I just wanted to get away from work and relax for the weekend. Seychelles condo was wonderful. I just sat around all weekend watching football games on the TV. Wife watched lady movies on the TV in the bedroom. We got some much needed rest.and this was just the place to do it. In the evenings the music at Schooner's was great. You could open the door to the balcony and enjoy the music of close the door and watch TV or talk with your partner, and then go out on the balcony and enjoy the view along with the music. In the mornings I would go out and enjoy my coffee on the balcony while watching stingrays swiming in the water. Even saw a dolphin, we think. The view is great. The condo is very clean, and the beds sleep well. We enjoyed everything about our visit to Seychelles Beachfront Paradise and plan to viist again. I would recommend this condo to everyone from midsize families to the couple who just wants to get away. We ate at several restaurants in the area and they were all very good. Captains Table over the bridge was great, along with Schooner's next door with a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend this condo.

Our stay was great! Every morning from our balcony, we could see the dolphins swimming. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you will need. My children and I stayed for 7 days and it was perfect. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe and fun place for vacation. The owners are great! I did all reservations online, sent a check and they sent me the info I needed to get into the parking garage and condo. AS SOON as I got back, I had an email from them telling me they were going to refund my deposit and thanking me for staying.

Our vacation to PCB this year will always be remembered! The accommodations were amazing, my daughters really enjoyed the bunk. The owners of this condo have went out of their way to make sure that their Home Away from Home makes everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend this property and I will be a return guest.

I've lived In PCB my entire life so I'm very familiar with all the options out there but this place by far was the best! For starters, the owners very prompt to reply with all inquiries I had. I wanted to treat a friend who was scheduled to return from deployment with a relaxing vacation but was unsure of his exact return date and they were exceptionally helpful with my predicament. The place was immaculate and the view from the balcony was absolutly gorgeous. We found a pair of binoculars in the cabinet that came in handy too. We brought some beach chairs and set up camp behind Schooner's during the day and enjoyed the music but were glad that we had one of the upper floors at night (they had nightly bands but we never heard a sound from where we were). The full kitchen came in handy when we went right down the street to the docks and bought some fresh seafood, invited some friends, had a great meal and relaxed on the balcony after. All in all, I can honestly say that there was never a point during this stay that I could think of anything missing. This place had it all and the owners have hospitality down to a 'T'! I'll be staying here every chance I get...and if my friend wouldn't get in trouble for going AWOL he'd be here in a heartbeat too;) Thanks again!

I would have to say my experience at Seychelles Condo Resort was wonderful. I stayed there for 6 days and could not have picked a better place. The balcony has an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico and the scenary is amazing. It is located right on the beach so you can just walk out to the pool and right onto the beach which is very convenient. The condo itself is spotless and very clean. It is great that there is a washer and dryer which you do not have to pay for. There is a full kitchen which is great so you can cook meals. The bedroom along with the bunk beds and pull out couch are all extremely comfortable and very nice. There are two full bathrooms and the showers are very spacious and clean. The decorations and designs around the condo are very welcoming and the color patterns are great. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation. You could not pick a better area either. The nightlife is also great. The bar and restaurant "Schooners" is right next to the condo and has live bands at least once a week. About 5 miles down the street there are numerous clubs and activities that go on during the day and at night. It was a great week!

My husband and daughter love the mountains so that is where we were originally going to go on vacation this year. They have never been to the ocean and I have been only once. I am so thankful that I convinced my husband to go to FL. He absolutely LOVED it and so did my kids and I. The view from condo 2107 is absolutely breathtaking and the stay was so welcoming. All my husband talks about is going back! I have to say that the owners were SUPER nice and caring. I would advise anybody to consider staying in this beautiful resort.

I wanted to say thank you for replying to my message in the first place because it was great. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Can't say enough things about it. It's beautiful!!! We loved it! It is beautiful! Plenty of room. I'm scared of heights but it didn't take me long to look over the edges of the front and the back. I was ok. I had to buy me some Bonine because I was getting sick on the elevator going that fast up and down! LOL! Didn't need it though. I got used to it. But I will definitely be staying there when I come down. Me and my best friend just loved the whole experience. Not to mention, we ate at Schooners 3 times! Great margaritas! This was the best vacation my wife I haven taken. the condo was the best we have stayed in since coming here eight years ago.It has the best view we have ever seen. we saw sting rays, manta rays and a manatee. The condo was awesome! It was decorated beautifully. The view was amazing and was not very crowded. It was far enough away from all the activity yet close enough drive to do what all we wanted. There was parasailing and banana boat rides right in front of the condo. You could rent the cushioned chairs and umberella for $30 or two chairs and 1 umberella for $15, which is what we choose and was a great deal. Located right next door to Schooners, awesome food and entertainment. The owners were great to work with and we will stay here again. Awesome place.
