The balcony offers both views miles of unobstructed bay views (and gulf views-from the balcony)----- ***********--NEW 42" FLAT SCREEN IN LIVING ROOM- ALL BEDROOMS HAVE 32" OR LARGER TVS ---------------BUT---- ---------------
The unique feature of this unit is that it WORKS AS A 2 BR. OR A 3 BR .. The media room, which is adjacent to the living areas and provides beautiful views, is not furnished as a "bedroom" as it is in other "3 bedroom" condos.

Instead, it is furnished as a sitting room with comfortable chairs, a TV, and a beautiful custom cabinet...creating one large continuous living area---but- the cabinet contains a QUEEN murphy bed, converting it to a private third bedroom if extra sleeping space is needed, with a private bath, large closet, and balcony access - close it off at night with the paneled pocket doors. You're not paying extra for a third " bedroom" you may or may not need--your paying for an awesome living area and balcony--2 br condos can't even come close to this experience ( I know because I own two)---
The views from the wraparound balcony, only available with the 3 bedroom floorplans are unsurpassed--- If you're splurging on a fabulous Portofino vacation, you may as well go all the way!
There's a KING bed in the master, and a QUEEN in the first quest room
With the media converting to a 3rd bedroom (QUEEN MURPHY BED)and a QUEEN sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo provides luxury accommodations for up to 8 people------and - the incomparable views directly over the sound (not another tower) and ultra high-end decor make this unit a great value as it IS BAY FRONT but still priced well below Portofino's published "Bay VIEW" three bedroom- Rates! (Keep this in mind when comparing rates-this is going to be priced a little higher than a bay or water"view" condo there's a big difference between being directly on the bay -the entire width of the condo ---and being positioned at an angle that looks at towers or the resort with "views" of water)
