People have told us that they loved staying at our bright, beautiful villa. (Please read our Guest's Comments.) In one of the most desirable locations on Hilton Head, it has 12' ceilings, new kitchen and baths, new furniture. It is both spacious, comfortable AND it's right across the street from the beach!!!

This villa is perfect for golf or tennis buddies, a romantic getaway for two, as well a family with children.

No need to get into your car if you choose not to! Bluff Villa is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Plantation, world renowned for its beautiful golf courses, beaches, bike paths, and wildlife. From this perfectly located villa, walk two minutes to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and South Beach Marina with its boutiques and restaurants (including the famous Salty Dog Cafe!). Golf courses are minutes away.

At the Marina you can rent jet-skis or kayaks, sign up for deep-sea fishing or a sunset cruise, or just relax, enjoying the outdoor nightly entertainment (May through October) after requesting your favorite song. In the early evening take a stroll on the beach, watch the dolphins frolick in the surf and the seagulls diving for their dinner. Bike or drive three miles to picturesque Harbortown, browse in the shops, admire the yachts, and have lunch overlooking the beautiful harbor and lighthouse.

For your convenience there are hair dryers in each bathroom, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels. In addition to a cappuccino and expresso maker, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans should you desire to prepare some meals. To make it easy on families with children, there is a high-chair, a Pack 'n Play, a stroller, DVDs and games for children, beach toys and even plastic dishes & sippy cups.

  • We spent a delightful month of November in this villa. The unit exceeded our expectations. We were surprised by the size and cheerfulness. The decorating is well-done with a nautical theme in bright colours. The villa is well-equipped and very clean. Being adjacent to the South Beach village means lots of activities and eateries are next door. The famous beach is across the road and the biking is excellent. The ride home was usually along the beach terminated with a show from dolphins. The owners answered answered our endless questions quickly and accurately. We highly recommend this villa.

  • We were her during the last week of October. The villa is bright, clean and cheerful with everything that we needed. The beach is just a hop, skip and jump away. We are golfers and golfing is close and very nice. We will be back.

  • 8/08/2009-08/15/2009 We had a great time at Hilton Head, SC. We have used VRBO many times but I have to say this was one of the best places we have stayed using VRBO. The property was extremely well cared for and was even better than the pictures on the website. The owners were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were so very pleased with the property. It is obviously well taken care of and very clean. Hilton Head is great, we throughly enjoyed the bike trails, Harbour Towne and fishing at South Beach. Great place, great time and wonderful memories. Thank you.

  • We had the pleasure of spending the week of 4th of July with our 2 boys (1 &3 y.o) at this property. I never submit reviews but I had to because this place is great. Every detail is taken care of (especially for families with small children),it is clean and obviously well cared for. And the location is perfect...walking distance to beach, pool, Salty Dog and bike rentals. A must stay!!

  • First of all, the bright colors of the unit were uplifting and the decor was all beach themed. The unit had EVERYTHING we neeeded and the rooms each had flat screen tvs. These was a large variety of DVDs, but having so mnay places to walk and bike to, gave us little time to be inside. loved staying in such a well-appointented villa and would LOVE to come back again!

  • We stayed here during the last week of March '09. Everything was as described and more. It was great to have sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. A "very short" walk to a great beach. Next door to South Beach Marina - restaurants, shops and the swimming pool. Although it was late March there were a few people swimming, my granddaughter included. Owners were great to work with. We highly recommend this rental.

  • My wife and I just spent the month of February, 2009 in this condo in the Bluff Villa section of Sea Pines. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. We were most excited about the location. Bluff Villas are at the very end of Sea Pines, a stone's throw from the Salty Dog restaurant, other stores and dining establishments, a tennis complex, and the beach. Bicyclists have easy access to the miles of bike paths of Sea Pines. Two couples or a family could share this condo with ease and be quite comfortable. The owners were quickly available by email and promptly answered all of our questions. We have used VRBO rentals often and would rate this as a very positive experience for us. We look forward to another visit in the future.

  • We have just spent a delightful week at a beautifully renovated and colorfully decorated vill in the Sea Pines resort. Every possible need was filled, and the security of riding bikes on the beach at dusk has left me with many beautiful memories. Hilton Head is a great place to spend a holiday, and Bluff Villas is in one of the best locations on the island!

  • We just returned from a 2-week stay at this villa in South Beach. Our family had a fantastic time. The villa was clean, spacious and well-supplied. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids (ages 5 and 3) loved having cable tv and a dvd player in their separate bedroom. The beach toys and boogie board were a real hit. The South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe were in close walking distance. The pool was also close, and was clean and nice size. We would definitely come back to this villa again! Thanks for a great time!

  • We recently returned from a wonderful week in Hilton Head. This condo was just perfect for the four of us. The baby and beach supplies made the stay so much more convenient. The kitchen/dining area had everything we needed to feel like home and the master bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. We look forward to returning!
