Our stay at this condo was wonderful. We loved the quiet location and the fact that we were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bike rentals. The seafood at The Salty Dog was spectacular! The bike ride to Harbour Town was beautiful! The condo itself was clean, colorful and very homey. We enjoyed watching the dolphins at the local beach, but spent most of our beach time at Coligny Beach, a ten minute drive up the road. The shops, atmosphere and wide beach at Coligny were a nice variation. We took a day to visit Savannah and did the trolley tours of both the historical district as well as a ghost tour. Absolutely loved it! The history and beauty of Savannah was wonderful to experience. We've been to many beaches along the gulf coast of Florida and the eastern seaboard, and Hilton Head Island is a favorite. A truly stunning place to visit.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great South Beach Condo

My wife and I have stayed in the Sea Pines/South Beach area of Hilton Head for several years. This condo is at the top of our list. It is very well maintained and was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The location is perfect as it is next to the South Beach Marina and a short distance to the beach. The owners were great to work with. You will not be disappointed if you stay there.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

My wife, young dautghter, and I stayed here over Thanksgiving 2010. Owners were very easy to deal with and everything was as they said it was going to be when we arrived (including the Sep Pines pass). Beaittiful landscpaing around buildings and very quiet. I don't think we saw more than a handful of people in the complex area the entire stay... Inside the condo it appeared to have been renovated recently. This place was spotless!!! More than enough room for the three of us and my little girl enjoyed "her own" flat screen tv in her room. Great location too. Literally next door to the Marina and Salty Dog restaurants/shops and across from the beach on the other side. The beach was also beautiful (saw more dolphins than people most days). Would love to go back and visit again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Perfect 2 bedroom villa

This is a wonderful villa with so many amenities. The location is ideal ~ close to the beach and all the activities of South Beach village and marina. It is amazingly well stocked with beach towels, chairs and even an umbrella. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean as the photos represent. All correspondence with the owners was timely and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this property and stay there again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Wow! We had such a wonderful stay in this condo last week. It was bright, spotless, well-stocked and perfect for a family with a young child. The high chair, pack-and-play and kid's kitchen items were so handy! The location is nice as well. We drove a few minutes to the beach at the South Beach Club where the beach was nice and wide. Great owners as well. An all-around wonderful experience. Highly recommend. We hope to be back soon!

The description and photos are very representative of the property. We loved the beach nearby and being at the end of Sea Pines is a peaceful escape from the traffic and crowds elsewhere on Hilton Head. The tennis facility and program just a block away are a plus to any players who are looking for good competition. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return for a repeat visit.

We spent a delightful month of November in this villa. The unit exceeded our expectations. We were surprised by the size and cheerfulness. The decorating is well-done with a nautical theme in bright colours. The villa is well-equipped and very clean. Being adjacent to the South Beach village means lots of activities and eateries are next door. The famous beach is across the road and the biking is excellent. The ride home was usually along the beach terminated with a show from dolphins. The owners answered answered our endless questions quickly and accurately. We highly recommend this villa.

We were her during the last week of October. The villa is bright, clean and cheerful with everything that we needed. The beach is just a hop, skip and jump away. We are golfers and golfing is close and very nice. We will be back.

8/08/2009-08/15/2009 We had a great time at Hilton Head, SC. We have used VRBO many times but I have to say this was one of the best places we have stayed using VRBO. The property was extremely well cared for and was even better than the pictures on the website. The owners were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were so very pleased with the property. It is obviously well taken care of and very clean. Hilton Head is great, we throughly enjoyed the bike trails, Harbour Towne and fishing at South Beach. Great place, great time and wonderful memories. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of spending the week of 4th of July with our 2 boys (1 &3 y.o) at this property. I never submit reviews but I had to because this place is great. Every detail is taken care of (especially for families with small children),it is clean and obviously well cared for. And the location is perfect...walking distance to beach, pool, Salty Dog and bike rentals. A must stay!!

First of all, the bright colors of the unit were uplifting and the decor was all beach themed. The unit had EVERYTHING we neeeded and the rooms each had flat screen tvs. These was a large variety of DVDs, but having so mnay places to walk and bike to, gave us little time to be inside. loved staying in such a well-appointented villa and would LOVE to come back again!

We stayed here during the last week of March '09. Everything was as described and more. It was great to have sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. A "very short" walk to a great beach. Next door to South Beach Marina - restaurants, shops and the swimming pool. Although it was late March there were a few people swimming, my granddaughter included. Owners were great to work with. We highly recommend this rental.

My wife and I just spent the month of February, 2009 in this condo in the Bluff Villa section of Sea Pines. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. We were most excited about the location. Bluff Villas are at the very end of Sea Pines, a stone's throw from the Salty Dog restaurant, other stores and dining establishments, a tennis complex, and the beach. Bicyclists have easy access to the miles of bike paths of Sea Pines. Two couples or a family could share this condo with ease and be quite comfortable. The owners were quickly available by email and promptly answered all of our questions. We have used VRBO rentals often and would rate this as a very positive experience for us. We look forward to another visit in the future.

We have just spent a delightful week at a beautifully renovated and colorfully decorated vill in the Sea Pines resort. Every possible need was filled, and the security of riding bikes on the beach at dusk has left me with many beautiful memories. Hilton Head is a great place to spend a holiday, and Bluff Villas is in one of the best locations on the island!

We just returned from a 2-week stay at this villa in South Beach. Our family had a fantastic time. The villa was clean, spacious and well-supplied. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids (ages 5 and 3) loved having cable tv and a dvd player in their separate bedroom. The beach toys and boogie board were a real hit. The South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe were in close walking distance. The pool was also close, and was clean and nice size. We would definitely come back to this villa again! We recently returned from a wonderful week in Hilton Head. This condo was just perfect for the four of us. The baby and beach supplies made the stay so much more convenient. The kitchen/dining area had everything we needed to feel like home and the master bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. We look forward to returning!

We just returned from our stay at this villa at Hilton Head. It was absolutely fantastic! We loved the villa because it was spacious and well-supplied. It was great to have access to the beach towels and beach chairs without having to pack those from home. The South Beach area was fabulous. We were amazed at how quiet it was there. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach where we saw dolphins and star fish every day along with other beautiful sights. It was also a very short walk to the marina with their great shops and restaurants. We enjoyed going to the marina several evenings to listen to the live entertainment. We will definitely go back to this place again! Thanks for a great time!

This condo is beautifully mantained, with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. We found the condition of the property to be described very accurately in the write up. The beds were great, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern, and the furnishings were charming. We vacationed with another family who stayed down the hall, and we congregated every evening in our unit because it was so homey and comfortable. The bike paths were a big hit and we loved the tennis courts. We did wish the pool had been heated, because it really was unusable in the cooler weather that we had. We recommend this place highly, and would stay here again.

We loved our visit here. The home is beautifully decorated, and feels very spacious due to the high ceilings. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed at in Hilton Head! The place was adorable! It was furnished in beautiful colors, everything in the place looked new and it was spotlessly clean. It was so convenient having beach chairs, beach towels, a Pack N Play, and a high chair there without having to bring them from home. Mornings were my favorite time. My husband would walk next door to South Beach Marina to get a newspaper, while I made use of the capuccino machine provided. Then we'd sit on the balcony and relax. (as much as we could with a year old baby) We will definitely come back!

We stayed here last summer and had a wonderful time. The condo was very well cared for, beautifully decorated and in good working order. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the pool. Also, the pool is clean and has an attendant on duty while it is open.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is just a short walk to the South Beach Marina and Salty Dog where there's food, fun, ice cream and a playground. The kids loved seeing the dolphins over at the beach each day and biking all around Sea Pines. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The decorating has a beach feel without being an over-the-top beach theme and unit has plenty of natural light. Owners have paid attention to detail and made it feel like a home away from home instead of just a rental unit - nice furnishings, linens, etc. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was as stated on the web site. We enjoyed 4 weeks there on the "off season." Great location on the "toe nail" of Hilton Head Island. We enjoyed walking on the beaches and observing the dolphins. We used it as a base to strike out to Savannah, Beaufort and Charlestown. We also enjoyed prowling around old historic Bluffton. When there be sure to have lunch at Peppers Porch and walk around the oyster factory.

We just returned from this beautiful condo. The pictures on the web site are very accurate. The condo has pleanty of room. We only had 2, but it is spacious enough for 4-6. I really liked that the owners provided beach towels and chairs along with a cart to carry all your beach needs. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it until we left. Nice bike ride to Harbor Town and right next door to the Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. I will try to rent this condo again.

Villa was exactly as listed and was close to beaches and South Beach. Villa was freshly and newly decorated and very comfotable - everything provided and very nice. Would like to rent again! And weather was wonderful! A Villa on Paradise Island.
