Located on the first row of Haciendas on Montecristo's stunning mountain ridge, this Hacienda has over 7800 square feet of beautifully decorated living areas and patios overlooking the majestic clear blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
**NOTE** This Hacienda, #4, is 1 of 5 unique stand alone large houses, not to be compared with smaller Villas listed within this property, Montecristo Estates.
With four bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, four and a half baths and a two-car garage, this three-story hacienda will easily accommodate up to ten people. Whether you are relaxing or grilling on the patio,or on the second floor terrace, or in the adult swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi/children's pool, you will marvel at the stunning view of the Pacific Ocean.
Your stay at this hacienda will be further enhanced by the second floor gourmet kitchen, full-service laundry room and twice daily housekeeping services. As an option, the servants quarters can accommodate a 24/7 housekeeper at no additional cost.
All bedrooms have large screen televisions (with remotes) with satellite reception. The master bedroom has a wall mounted LCD, type large TV. Living areas on the second and third floors also have flat screen televisions augmented by a superb entertainment center. One of the living areas also has a computer with High Speed Internet access.

My wife and I first traveled to Cabo in Feb 2005 and it was "Love at First Sight". No questions about it. Here we are enjoying the sights with the Pacific Ocean in the back ground.

The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The property is large enough (7000 square feet plus) that everyone will have their own private space. And yet, there is enough common areas in the private pool, patios and living areas that we all can enjoy each others company. My large family from Florida loves coming here; each year they wait for "THE INVITATION".
